Due a week ago. Not yet received.

Quick delivery, product was exactly as advertised. My partner loves it

This is a zero star ! Absolutely rubbish, items not as described, very poor quality and fit . Have requested to return for a refund and had no response. Have taken this further and reported, don’t waste your money!

Still waiting for my bras to arrive , it’s been two weeks and I’ve not heard back from 3 emails sent to enquire about late arrival !

I tried a Madam Muse bra and loved it so much I ordered another one in a different styje. Wearing it all day is so comfortabme. They both wash well in a separate bag and dry quickly hung. I’ve recommend Madam Muse to friends.

I cant rate the bras themselves because they havent arrived. Per their third party tracking information they arrived but per my order information on the website it says its still in transit, which is very confusing. Its been like this for weeks but I never received my package. Tried emailing customer service and I havent heard anything back. Communications seems very poor from this company and you cant trust that the product will come.

Customer services ignored emails. Response when chased up was a holding email requesting photograph of item ordered to show the condition plus the tags. Which was totally irrelevant as I hadn’t asked for exchange or refund. Designed to prevent either. Online research reveals bad design fur smaller back sizes with larger cup sizes. The size calculator suggests a poor fit . Stuck with item.

Ok bra quite comfortable but does not give the lift of underwire if you have DD/E cup
Cannot feel any support from “jelly” definitely does not live up to the hype

What has prompted me to write this email today is the email i received to say "it has been 2 weeks how do they fit" well i wouldn't know as i haven't received them , i have emailed and no reply , i will be contacting my credit card to issue a section 75. If you are UK based don't bother there are other companies selling the same style bras

What a fantastic bra! This is the most comfortable and supportive bra I have ever had. I have had a mastectomy and reconstruction, so uneven breasts.
The comfort is next to none.

The sizing guide was off, so my order was too big. It’s a comfortable material, but the band underneath is awkward. No matter what size, this bra would not have enough support. Disappointing.

Really disappointed, I’ve contacted customer services four times and have had no reply with the exception of being asked my order number and email address repeatedly. I’ve still not received my order and I ordered on 23rd August.

I had high hopes for them and ordered 3 bra's as a surprise for my wife. I'm pretty sure the sizing calculator changed from point of order to shipping but can't prove it. Took exactly 2 weeks to arrive.
Once arrived they were too big.
Initial response via email was realtively quick with a day or two wait.

Store credit exchange accepted after some backwards and forwards with photos and a failed attempt by them to get me to accept a 30% refund.

Now are completely ignoring my multiple emails and refusing to engage.

Sincerely fed up and out nearly £60.

Happy to change my review once sorted but they need serious lessons in customer service if they want to front a Chinese dropshipping service under a brand name.

Received bra after about two weeks of placing order, fits ok...but after wearing it for a few hours it started to roll up on itself and then I noticed that it made my skin sweaty which didn't feel nice at all. It looks nice and fits well until I start moving around which kind of defeats the object so because if this I wouldn't buy again and I wouldn't recommend these bras.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Item arrived and is falling apart. Absolute scam. I have been trying to contact them and get refund but no response. Left a review on here which they did manage to respond to however. Scammers.

The bra is very comfortable however the largest does not fit me and yet with other bras I’ve had this size and they do fit so I think these come up smaller.
Personally, I prefer bras with a bit more length so longer at the front.

Bra is super comfortable and people noticed it when I wore it out!

Delivery was very rapid but the sizing was not what they printed
The size 36c was fine in the cup but not the band it was more like a 38” band
