Incorrect product wrongly packaged. Delayed by the courier
Unable to speak to anyone. Automated chatbot going in circles and website tried to charge for a return. Extremely poor service.

I ordered a jacket in size Large, but received a size Small. I paid £4.99 for delivery, and when I tried to get help, I discovered there is no proper customer service where you can speak to anyone. The only option was a chatbot. I messaged the chatbot more than 20 times and received absolutely no response. With no other way to contact anyone, I had to arrange the return through the website myself, which cost me another £4.99. It has now been 6–7 days since I returned the jacket, and I still have no refund and no update. The jacket cost £89.99, plus £4.99 delivery and £4.99 return postage, meaning I have paid £99.97 in total and am still waiting for my money back. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. Sending the wrong size is bad enough, but having no accessible customer service and being completely ignored makes it even worse. I will definitely never shop with MandM again. Based on my experience, I would also strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from them. Very poor service and a completely unacceptable customer experience.

Be very careful when ordering from MandCo I recently purchased a summer dress for £10 before I realised they’d charged postage at £5.99 but I thought it was free returns so I thought ok. The dress didnt fit so I had to return it costing a further £1.99 it. Total cost £8. When I read the small print it said free returns after a £75 - why did it need to cost £5.99 to send it ? I didn’t request express delivery !
Also I emailed a complaint they said they would respond in 48 hours no response to date.
I will not be using them again !

I ordered a pair of unique Adidas trousers from MandM. They are of very high quality and I am very satisfied with the speed of delivery. It was my first order with them, and am pleased to say I will be considering shopping with them in the near future.

I ordered nearly £200 worth of clothing and it didn't arrive they said something about drivers gps so nothing else they can do I was in all day waiting and nothing arrived so I'm out of pocket £200 and still need to buy clothes for my holiday

After a parcel was misdelivered by MandM courier service, I filled out a form they requested and sent this to them by email a week ago. They still have not responded and so I will now have to send my proof to PayPal and ask them to act on my behalf in securing a refund. MandM do not provide a phone line to contact customer services, rather you have to deal with a bot. I would like to warn people they are difficult to deal with when something goes wrong with the ordering process, for instance, a lost parcel. This is causing me unnecessary stress in trying to obtain a refund even after the courier admitted it was misdelivered.

Worst company ever .. I bought a pair of shoes from them and they send a pair of 2 different shoes in a box . I contacted them about it .they advised me to return it paying for the return.

Terrible quality shoes !!
After just a few hours of wearing they were falling apart. They were cheaply made and really not fit for purpose.
They did offer me a refund which is good
But I wouldnt waste my money ordering with them again

I was looking for a few new pairs of converse trainers so decided to take a look at this site at 3pm yesterday. Found some amazing deals on converse so purchase two pairs and a few other things. Even though I paid extra for next day delivery I must admit I didn't actually think it would turn up before 11am the next morning. Amazingly quick and all the items were just what I was looking for. I shall be purchasing again!!

Quality products, lot of good brands and all for cheap. I saved a lot of money by buying here.

Bought clothes on the 23rd June for my son to go away and paid 2 day delivery. It sat with Evri on the 25th and now it's the 2nd, apparently not getting it. It got sent back to mandm. Tried to contact mandm and no explanation atall. Evri delivered h&m package easy enough today! Not a reliable company

I've made several purchases from MandM and have been very satisfied each time. The goods are of very good quality, exactly as described, and at a fantastic price! Fast delivery. I highly recommend them!

I've been shopping at MandM for a while now because:
- they have unique items in the store that you can't buy off the shelf,
- original clothing and footwear,
- discounts on every purchase,
- delivery is just like F1, meaning very fast.
And last but not least, MandM has NOT DISAPPOINTED ME IN ANY WAY. I'm extremely satisfied.

The articles are made of genuine materials ,the sizes are true to description.The prices are very affordable too.

MandM offered these leather Ecco shoes with a €70 discount! They were much cheaper than their competitors. So the choice was easy. I live in The Netherlands and this pair of shoes was delivered very fast. The shipping cost was about €6.95, very reasonable. I am completely satisfied!

Quality is excellent, size all correct. And fast delivery. Highly recommend.
