We have not received our parcel. Paid for next dsy delivery but still not showing as delivered.

Having looked into your order, we can see that it was dispatched from our warehouse on 14/07. However, according to the courier's tracking information, the parcel has not progressed through their network since 15/07. As there were no further tracking updates, we had to classify the parcel as lost in transit.
Our Customer Service team has since assisted you with this matter, and on 21/07 a full refund was processed for your order. Please allow 3–5 working days for the funds to appear back in your account, depending on your payment provider.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. While this situation was outside of our control once the parcel was with the courier, we appreciate how disappointing it is when an order doesn't arrive as expected. Ordered a xrta small spirit jacket by mistake. Ordered my correct size when I realise 5 minutes after I sent my order that I had ordered the wrong size. I packaged the xtra small up and sent it via the post office for Evri when it arrived. I waited 15 days for a reply. They have emailed saying I have sent a pair of trousers which is incorrect as that isn’t what I sent. Now they are saying they will send the trousers back to me which isn’t what I sent. And I won’t be getting a refund disgusting.

My order got lost and the response was the company would replace it, to which I said yes. To then be emailed they couldn't do it so I emailed back and said the company offered it first .
