i usually go for XL or XXL, but their windbreaker and jumper would be an medium in most places in the UK.
The materials do feel nice and delivery is very quick, but it’s a shame about the sizing.

Great experience with the live chat…
Great experience with the live chat function on the website, the bot at the start was smart enough to know what i wanted and then suggested if i wanted to speak to a real person, and then very quickly I was put in chat with Ewelina who was very good and was very efficient and provided me with what I was looking for without any haste. The live chat also didn't kick me out after 5 minutes which a lot of them do, which is great becuase I didn't have to stare at chat for ages waiting for a reply or have to explain myself to a new agent every 5 minutes,
5 stars for Arne customer service, looking forward to recieveing my delivery.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but as the store is still quite new I thought it was worth sharing my experience. I normally shop online so this was my first time visiting in person. Already have a pair of Circuits so wasn’t sure what to go for next. Farhannah helped me out and recommended the Mid Leathers. Really glad she did because I wasn’t expecting to like them as much as I did! She was really helpful and knew her stuff. Very happy with my purchase, great experience all round and a lovely store. Definitely recommend popping in!

Staff Rude.
Prices all different from online £20 higher on some Products small attention to details make a massive difference especially coming up to peak trade. Assistant Hannah who served me was great. HOWEVER the other assistants in the store were RUDE!!! so much so i went to arne in Selfridges to purchase rest of of my items and my mum refused to spend money in the stand alone store and spent hers in Selfridges concession! Ive Been in retail since a teen now late 30s sort the team out Arne especially before going into bigger ex footasylum unit or…lose customers.

Felt I should write this review as the standard of service is just exceptional.
I’ve been purchasing Arne clothing and footwear for 5 years and in that time have only ever had to return 2 pairs of my 20+ trainers due to a fault. The most recent pair I returned in October was a pair I purchased in June and with a photo sent as proof I had a full refund issued within days in October, 3-months outside of the return period. Last year a pair I returned was 8-months after I’d purchased them.
The customer service dealing with both these issues was just outstanding, quick and simple. This is how companies retain business from loyal customers.
