Choix store from the beginning to finish were beyond fantastic! I got my knitted hoodies so fast from when I ordered them, a great all round service and I couldn’t recommend them any more! Ps the hoodies are great quality, they feel a fit exceptionally.

What's the correct phone number to contact you for a refund

I ordered two medium size trousers but both are different in actual size. When I tried to send it back they didn't gave proper response. Quality was ok

This company is an absolute joke! Firstly the material they use is disgusting, cheap rubbish and looks nothing like the images they display on their website. Then once you have returned the item they refuse to offer a monetary refund even though they specifically state on their website that this can be offered - they instead return your money as a gift card and refuse to honour giving back your actual money. I have been bounced back and forward with the same generic email response "Your request has been marked as top priority and is with our finance team" for 12 days now. AVOID these scum at all costs!

EDIT: - To be told to email this address just highlights the incompetence of this company, I have over 15 emails back & forward to this exact email address!! And it is in black and white on their website that “if you would prefer a refund just let us know” so to be told this lie is further proof they are a scam company. Withholding my money for two weeks is unlawful in every way, trading standards have been notified.

Ordered as a gift but was too small and not nice fabric so returned.

Was issued a gift card a few days later which I did NOT select and then requested this be sent back to my original payment method… nearly 2 weeks later it’s still not rectified! Terrible company and very poor customer service trying to take peoples money like this.

I love the style and design of these clothes, but I unfortunately ordered the wrong size on my first go.
I contacted their customer service team, and they responded almost immediately with helpful instructions. The exchange process was smooth, and they quickly sent out the correct size. The pieces fit beautifully now, and the material is thick, comfortable, and feels high-end. It is so reassuring to shop from an online store that actually stands by their products as the quality of the clothes is exceptional!
I am constantly buy me sets and other garments from Choix and always will be.

Some real quality products by this brand. my favourite are the everyday trousers smart ,casual and comfort

Absolute con. Would not recommend purchasing from this company. They give out pathetic discount codes to con you into not being able to return your item to receive your funds back to original payment method. Instead they give you a store card… there was a reason all the clothes went back. Certainly don’t want to buy anymore but now stuck with a £100 voucher. Avoid avoid avoid

I purchased a buckle pants, but they were shorter than I actually like, but I guess they will work. Other than that, it appears to be good quality. I just don’t like the length of the shipping to the USA.

Reply to choixx, I have already contacted you twice the last time was the 17th of July been told courier was been contacted and that would take 24-48 hrs and someone would be in contact I still have not heard anything

Sent out wrong trousers and then asked for them to be returned which I have done and it has been nearly a month and no response

BUYERS BEWARE! Bought some Tshirts. Tried to return given I didn’t like the fit. I had to pay 28 dollars for returns. Got a UPS label and supposedly someone would pick up.

Took it the UPS and code didn’t work. Contacted the company and they wanted me to contact ups. I said No. Not my job to be tracking this down.

They said leave it outside the door. After 5 days no one picked up the package. Again I contacted the company and they wanted me to contact the UPS.

DO NOT BUY from these people. Probably running a bad dropship business. Bad customer service and you have to pay significant amount for returns that doesn’t work.

Will never buy again from them and recommend no one to buy from these people.

I bought an outfit from Choix and was extremely disappointed with both the sizing and the quality. The item looked nothing like I expected, and the quality was poor, so I decided to return it. To make matters worse, I even had to pay the return postage myself.
I requested a full refund, but was told that I would only receive a credit note once my return had been processed. I explained that I did not want a credit note because I had no intention of ordering from them again due to the poor quality of the clothing. I was then told they would "decide" once they received the returned item.
According to the tracking information, the parcel was delivered to the return address provided by Choix and was received 10 days ago. Despite this, I am still waiting for my refund. I have sent multiple emails, but all I receive are generic, automated responses with no resolution.
This has been a very frustrating experience from start to finish. Poor quality products, poor customer service, and an unacceptable returns process. I would not recommend this company.
