Fantastic products, I have purchased quite a verity of products from vests, T-shirts, tracksuits and coats. I love this brand and they are a great company to buy from. Fast postage and great communication. Highly recommended.

Awful! Poor information on the website. Purchased £200 worth of products (4 in total) quality was average but mainly didn’t fit. Unable to return as some where in the “last chance” section, but no reference of not being able to return. After complaining agreed to take the items back at my expense (£15) with a refund that I’m still waiting to receive, all this took over 4 weeks. This is by far the worst online clothes shop I’ve purchased from and they should take a hard look at Blakely, Secret Sales, Love the Sales, Very, Paul Smith, John Lewis etc as to how to treat their customer. In summary, poor quality, poor sizes, poor customer service - waste of money and stay well away

Had to make a return, great service from the team who were very understanding with my issue. Good communication all the way and very helpful.

My order was supposed to arrive in one package, but only one out of five items were delivered. Contacting support was not a bad experience, they reply fast, then I received the rest of the products a few days later.
The problem is that I wasn't aware that I'd pay a huge amount of fees when shipping to Germany.
In summary, I'm not ordering again.

An item did not arrive and they were quick to refund. All the clothes are good fits and feel high quality.

I like the short but I am displeased by the 23€ taxes

Still no progress and very little communication unless several messages are sent. I'm still awaiting confirmation that my returned items have been received and when I will receive my refund.

The customer experience has been woeful from the beginning. I just want my money back and to never have to deal with them again

Nice well made clothes but returning items is abysmal. Two weeks and still no signs of my clothes. At this rate my short sleeve t-shirt will come back in winter. Very disappointed by the customer service.

Overall, my experience has been excellent.
Love the styles and fit (I don't like baggy clothes but trying to find something proportional in high street stores is difficult). Can be competitively priced with a few big, well-known brands. Customer support is very responsive. Quick delivery.
Not many natural fibre options in the formal dress range. One of my polo shirts (recently purchased) had a broken thread in the hem that started to run after one use (I'll be able to repair it but not ideal).

Amazing products made from the highest quality materials. Moreover, the fit is unlike anywhere else if you’re a lifter.

Very bad service. I ordered a product and after 10 working days still haven't received anything, even though I received an email from the supplier stating that my product has been delivered. After submitting an inquiry, they indicated that it is being held by customs and that clearance fees must be paid. Very poor service. I did not accept the product and did not pay the clearance fees. The product is being returned and I want my money back.

I am still waiting for my goods to be delivered or a refund. Customer service is non existent - they said my goods were delivered and also lost track of my order number. I have sent daily messages and only get AI bots

Spent over 300€ and nothing back. Scammed!

Avoid - please read other reviews of these types of scams. Many others affected. I sent all details several times without success.

Honestly this company is abysmal regarding their poor customer service and absolute lack of communication.

I purchased an order from them on July 4th.
Received the package on the 9th, and was missing part of the order.

I immediately put in an email to get resolution, however instead have gotten almost nothing.
I had to sent 5 emails before I received a response from a human not AI, and when I did it was 1.5 weeks later. Once that happened they offered to either resend the product when it gets restocked with no knowledgeable of when or if it would be, or something that would be at the same value as the previous item.
I emailed them back 24 hours later explaining we didn’t find anything we liked that was at the same value but there were some things we are interested in at a less value so could we get a gift card of the amount or a refund.

Once again, here we are another week down the line and still no response no nothing.

Honestly the lack of service and communication with this company is awful.

Will not purchase again.
The one reason why I gave 2 stars was the 2 shirts we did receive my husband said were comfy but nothing to go out of your way for.

Over all. AVOID!

They deliver what they promised
Measurements are true to size, no risk on returning items because of an fitting that’s off. Good and firm quality, I’m happy with my ordered items.

Ordered from way over in Canada - I'm incredibly pleased with every aspect of what I snagged. I trusted all the measurements that are listed online and I have no regrets. Things fit perfectly; I'm amazed.

Finally found a brand that works for the office after so many years of lifting.

Quick delivery, very good quality, decent material which wash well, I bought the 5 pack and quickly realised that I should have bought the 7 pack because I wear one every single day!
I’d recommend to everyone and will definitely be buying more!
