This is a scam company. The shorts are not as advertised. They are loose fits and the construction is poor. You have loose threads poor stiching and the blue pair had white fabric sticking out the front. I down sized and they were loose and ill fitted. It is a nightmare to return products and get your money back. It is another scam company advertises on meta. They do not publish all the negative reviews on their site which again is false advertising. The shorts are cheap and nasty. They are not worth £50. They look like £10 shorts max. I wrote 6 nehative reviews and not one is on their website. They still advertise 5 stars for each pair. They are dishonest and misleading the public.

Looking at your order history: you purchased on 4th August, kept one pair and requested a free return for exchange for the other two items, which we processed, and you also had the option at that time to return for a full refund if you weren't happy with the quality.
You then purchased again on 20 August and pointed out the white stitch issue and have a free return in transit for a refund, which will be processed as soon as we receive them back. I can see a free return label was sent, but they haven't been lodged with the carrier yet on our end.
We gave you free return labels to our local UK returns address, so I would be happy if you reach out to support to see what we can improve with this returns process, as you described this process as a nightmare.
On fit: thanks for the feedback and sorry that the legs were too loose for your liking. We do try to accommodate a range of body types, and we're sorry this pair wasn't the fit you were after. We have a number of customer photo reviews showing the fit on a variety of physiques, and we want everyone to get the fit they are after.
On the quality photo you shared to support, we agree the single white stitch on that seam shouldn't have been there, and that's exactly the kind of fault we want returned so we can put it right, which is what the free return for refund is for.
We responded promptly to every email you sent us and were willing to assist at each step, and we'll continue to do so if you reach out to our support team.
On the reviews: I can see one review published under your name. Since you purchased 4 items in total on two orders, submitting 6 reviews may have triggered duplicate detection on some of them, particularly if the wording was the same across them.

Great delivery, Poor Shorts
Great delivery, shorts are very poor. Be very careful. Mine look ridiculous. Ride up my thighs & dont sit or fit correctly.

Hi David, thanks for the feedback, and sorry the 5" did not fit the way you like.
The 3" and 5" are our shortest inseams and are meant to sit high on the thigh with a fitted look. We also do a 7" and a 9" in the same chino, same fabric and the fit tends to be slightly more relaxed in the leg which could possibly prevent the part of the fit you did not like.
If the shorts are as new and per our return policy conditions, you are welcome to return for exchange to a different style or refund.
Sorry we didn't give you the fit you love and we do listen and appreciate this feedback.

Beware of this Company, I can see a lot's of negative feedback they are getting recently, they always provide non satisfaction products to the customers that bought from them, My cousin got a cloth from them it's all rubbish in the past 4 months, I also tried them a week ago still receive a crab, They're not recommended at all.

Have made several orders with Kojo Fit and have found the Elite Performance Chinos to be the only pants I can get that have sufficient stretch for my legs. I have tried their 'Ultra Stretch Chino Pants - Slim Fit' but found they didn't quite hit the mark and have since returned them for a full refund. Process was easy and in hindsight, I would have opted for the credit as they offered a bonus store credit if I was to order a different pair instead. Ended up making an order before starting the return and missed out.
Quality seems to be good, shirts do seem to be slightly smaller than advertised but no complaints

Very annoying
Very annoying, slow delivery!
I placed an order and get message from them that it has been delivered, even though had arrived, and I contacted them to chase the order, and they keep telling me that it has been delivered to my address, which I dont get any package for the past 3 weeks now, they are not reliable to purchase from them, I wouldn't not recommend them if you need your order quickly.

I love the fit
I love the fit. I have thin legs so my shorts are always baggy. These shorts fit great around my waist and thighs. Now, they do stretch out after several hours but fine after the dryer. I don't think line drying would bring back the tightness. Also, the shipping took about two weeks...slow boat from Austraila?

On the stretch: a little relax through the day is normal with a stretch fabric warmed by body heat, and it snaps back in the wash. We'd actually steer you away from the clothes dryer on these.
International USA delivery usually runs 4 to 7 business days. Occasionally customs hold a small sample of orders for inspection and yours may have been caught by that. Happy to investigate further if you email us at support@kojofit.com. We're also working on faster delivery for our US customers with the addition of a USA warehouse.

Piling
I liked the stretchy nature of the shorts I bought last year, but sadly the seat is now piling and you can see a few little bits of elastic sticking through. Not enough to stop me wearing them, but disappointing.

Sorry to hear you have experienced this issue. I know it has been nearly 12 months since ordering, but please email us at sales@kojofit.com and a photo of the effected part of the shorts and we can take a look.
For anyone reading, a few things that keep the Ultra-Stretch fabric at its best: cold wash, inside out, no fabric softener, and hang to dry rather than tumble. Heat is the main enemy and softener coats the fibres and could encourage pilling.
What a disappointment and waste of £50
What a disappointment and waste of £50. I followed the website sizing guidelines and when the shorts came they were too big. I tried to return them, I paid the extra costs, had the packaging and labels but clicked the wrong button on the page and the website now refuses to allow for the product to be returned. So so disappointed with the company guidelines and procedures.

That's not the experience we want anyone to have.
To clarify what happened: our returns portal asks a few screening questions, and a wrong selection can unfortunately reject the return request. That's a limitation on software, but it's an easy fix from our side.
We've emailed you directly at the address on your order. Just reply with your preference (size exchange or refund, and the size if exchanging) and we'll reset the return straight away so it goes through.
As a Checkout+ customer your return and exchange shipping is covered, so there's no further cost to you.

Great communication - genuine customer care
I had a really good experience with Kojo. I decided I would order from them having read reviews on Trustpilot and liked the way the company responds to reviews.
I did have a minor niggle checking out on their website. I worked out how to solve the problem, but also emailed Kojo to let them know and received a positive, considered response.
The shorts arrived today. They look great and, having intentionally ordered a size down, as I’m losing weight, I’m delighted they already fit.

Quality of merchandise and fit
Quality of merchandise and fit. I have been working out consistently for 18months and I’m proud of what I have accomplished. Unfortunately I still have some stubborn belly fat to loose. These shirts are perfect for accenting my arms and chest yet leaving a little wiggle room in the stomach.The only reason I didn’t leave a 5star review is it does take a while for delivery. That doesn’t mean that the quality isn’t 5star.

Very slow to deliver
Ordered and was told product had been delivered when it had not. Chased them and been told a new delivery date some 14 days after I ordered them. They say delivery in 2/3 days when my experience its 2/3 weeks so you can't rely on them.

You ordered on evening 16 June our time, after our daily shipping cut-off, so it was dispatched the next morning on 17 June and delivered to you on 22 June. As an international delivery, this falls within our estimated 5-8 business day window outlined in our UK shipping guide.
I can understand the concerns about delivery at the time you posted this review, when Royal Mail provided a fairly wide estimated delivery window, which understandably could cause concerns about delivery. Please let us know if you have any further concerns or if we can assist with anything.

Ordering saw simple and delivery was fast. The 5"seam shorts in size 32 fit perfectly and the shorts are very comfortable.

I have been looking for a pair of shorts that hugged my body without looking weird. These fill the bill. they did shrink abet, but that was a good thing. These are now my favorite shorts.

Material very bobbly
I bought a pair of shorts for my Husband last summer, he has probably washed them maybe 4 times (Short summer!!) and we have the same problem as mentioned, the seat area of the shorts has become very ‘bobbly’
And I too have tried to snip away at the tiny threads but there are a lot!
They are expensive shorts and I can’t think of any others that have had this problem?
The size and fit are great, but reluctant to purchase any more due to the condition of the fabric in an incredible short space of time and wear.
