Long story short. I made a purchase order was lost in transit contacted customer support was very helpful. After received a text message of a mobile of a gentleman. Without going into details he basically put everything good with a nice few gifts on top. These guys have always been bang on over the years above and beyond service is outstanding. Quality of clothing the best in the game. Custom service/care exceptional

I have been buying clothes from Father sons for quite a while now and im never disappointed with the quality, style, value and service. Whenever I go out the clothes always draw attention for looking stylish and well made. I have only had to exchange two items over the years and the customer service was superb. Father sons is always my go to brand these days and by far the best make of clothes for guys who train.

After placing probably my 7th order… none of which have caused a problem before… i placed an order over 2 weeks ago. I had a confirmation and email from InPost about my delivery. That’s the last I have heard. I have sent F&S customer services 3 emails now… the first one over a week ago… nothing!!! Not even an acknowledgment. A business I have spent considerable amounts with will not get any more business from me. I still want my missing order or my £100+ back but starting to feel Ive been scammed.

I can’t work out the sizing it would be easier if it were put into inches like most companies. I emailed customer service but no reply. I really liked two T-shirts but just can’t work out the size to order

I am a 38 year combat veteran disabled and I just LOVE their clothing. When I dress up everyone at church always ask me where do I go shopping hahahaha I tell them Father and sons clothing. Thank you guys for your business I will continue to shop with you unless otherwise.

Wasn’t very happy tbh , they let me order and purchase a T-Shirt and shorts set then the next day emailed , Saying sorry this product is out of stock then I had to wait 4 days to get my money Refunded.
Shame Really first experience ordering with them … obviously need some work on there stock to website.. but I did receive my Refund

I've been buying for them for about five years. My shirt's from five years Some of them still look nice.Good condition still good fit, so they last long.They're good quality, and they're really stylish

I keep buying the brand as it suits my athletic build but I waste too much money buying and finding their Jumpers and shirts far too long.
I'm 1.83 so not short and these items are 4" longer than suitable to me.
Father and Sons exaggerate clothing sizes I assume this is ego related but should offer a size chart for length.

I absolutely love Father son’s clothing ❤️. I’ve been buying clothes for a good few years now and have to say the shirts and chinos are great !! Fit perfectly and top quality. I ordered some clothes on 28th April for a wedding in early May. To date I have had no response to my order. After this negative response i am very pleased to say a representativr contacted me and appologisef, in addition to the refund and appology i was x given a voucher code to order some clothes.
Id like to say a big thank you to Brad from a fathersons for making things right

At one point my whole wardrobe was father sons clothing, however I feel the clothing I have purchased lately has been of poor quality. With the metal badges falling off, holes appearing on seams after one wear and also bobbling on what feels cheap material after one wash.
Disappointed after buying so much over the years.
