Spar shop couldn’t find my parcel but it was found and FS customer service was amazing

Had an issue finding the parcel in the spar when it was delivered… was resolved and customer service was very good. I have bought off these guys for years and clothing is always amazing

Ripped pants, no reimbursement

My pants ripped within 5 months after I bought a suit, I only weared it once a week.

When I contacted the company they could only give me a voucher for 50% off of new pants. But they couldn't send the pants to me by post. I cannot come to the store so this voucher was useless to me.

Very bad Service

Very bad Service, I bought a Coat from their Botique in La Defance, after one day i went there to change it because of size but they said that you should come back after two weeks since the size is not exist now ! I asked to refund the cost because i don't want to wait 2 weeks but they said that there is no any other solution !!
