Strange delivery. First came box No2, then box No1. Two different warehouses? Anyway, table as expected, if you understand fine print in web description and photos. Eventually missing parts (screws), but seller is responsive and offered quick solution.

Great product in really low price. Table is stable, heavy, and look amazing. Fast shipping, good protection. Simply process. Worth it!

The furniture are beautiful and delivery was fast the only issue I had with the product is the colour of the cabinet handles. I received black instead of white.

I’m quite disappointed with my purchase. I bought the Helge shoe cabinet, and based on the product images and description, I expected it to comfortably store normal everyday shoes. The images even show shoes being stored normally on their soles, and the cabinet is presented as having space for around 8 pairs of shoes.

What I didn’t expect was that the compartments would be so small that they seem better suited for slippers, slides, or very small shoes. I’ve tried several pairs of normal sneakers, and most of them simply don’t fit properly. In reality, with sneakers, you can store roughly half the amount of shoes that the product presentation suggests.

The most frustrating part is that you only really discover this after spending about an hour assembling the entire cabinet. Now that it has been fully assembled, returning it is obviously much more difficult.

The cabinet itself looks nice, but the usable space is disappointing and, in my opinion, the product images give an unrealistic impression of its actual capacity. If I had known this beforehand, I definitely would have chosen a different shoe cabinet.

Instruction was clear and the fitting well.
We receive 2 pakkings from which 1 was damaged, however the content had no damage and nothing was missing.

I received a great product from OK Living and didn’t have to wait long for delivery. I’m very happy with my purchase and especially pleased that it was delivered right to my doorstep. Excellent service!

Wrong holes for screws pre made and more things off from the place where it should be

Delivery excellent, price OK. The technical assistance guide is really insufficient especially regarding the rolling system of the drawers. Better designs needed. Also the bottom of the drawers seems too subtle, which corresponds with the low weight that is allowed to put in them.

Honestly, I'm not happy with this purchase, but I won't be returning it. The furniture is damaged, fortunately not on the outside, but on the inside. I thought everything would be fine because the packages were intact, but unfortunately, someone must have dropped it during packing and gotten it inside.

The undersink closet looks very nice. Assembly is a whole different story. The manuel was not correct so if was very difficult to assemble as is has around 20 different planks. Also some part did not have pre drilled holes which made is even more difficult.

The website was easy to work with and I could find everything really easily.

The delivery took a while, with terrible communication from DPD. Last minute they told me they would deliver that day.

Send within the time that was mentioned on the website, delivered in good, strong cardboard packaging and was pretty easy to build.

Quality is quite poor, the design is OK but not easy to put together. Many parts were damaged, the corners of the main boards were chipped, some plastic parts broken. In addition some of the holes are not pre-drilled and the adjustment to align the front boards is very impractical. The handles provided are cheap plastic.
