Extremely disappointing experience. My chairs were supposed to arrive the next day, but after a week I was told they would take another two weeks due to a “quality issue.” I cancelled the order, yet somehow the chairs were shipped just two days after cancellation.
I couldn’t refuse the delivery, so I had to return them myself and pay for the return label because none was provided. I’ve now been trying to contact customer service for four days about my refund and over €100 in costs, but I’m being completely ignored.
Terrible communication and customer service. I definitely would not recommend this company.

Bad quality
Bad quality. Very expensive.
Return already but no email confirmation received. They already had my return from DHL, but they didnt confirm anything back to me in email.
I dont know when will I receive refund. But I would not recommend buying here since you will have to return anyway and it costed you 8 euro for buying the return label.
