Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! I'm not sure if Hunter is the best email finder tool or the best sequencing tool however after using so many different tools I can confidently say that Hunter is the best all in 1 tool. And also the best cost effective one. Of course they have places to improve however that is the case with all of these type of platforms. I especially want to thank everyone in the customer service department as they are incredibly helpful and always get back to me very quickly (even if it's my silly questions).
I first started with a monthly plan and now just bought 24k credits up front as and using it all with my team, they keep on improving themselves as well which is a great benefit!

Great product, and phenomenal customer service. The platform is easy to use and the quality of data is surprisingly good for the price. Their team is also super responsive via email if you ever run into issues, which in today's world feels rare.

I verified my email, still cant access the Free plan
I signed up, verified my email, and expected to use the Free plan. Instead, I got this message when I logged in:
"Thank you for signing up! Your account has been successfully created, but unfortunately, we have not been able to verify it to provide access to the Free plan. You can still access your account and benefit from all Hunter's features by choosing a subscription."
This was really frustrating. I followed every step, but I was still denied access to the Free plan without any explanation. It just feels like you're being pushed towards a paid subscription. A clear reason for the decision and a way to appeal it would make for a much better experience.

I used Hunter.io to verify email addresses. Once Hunter verified a list of 70 odd email ids I sent cold emails on the verified ones. However, many emails still bounced. Therefore, I can assume that the algorithm used isn't exactly fool-proof.

Looking at your bulk verifier results, more than half of the email addresses came back as "accept-all." Accept-all domains are configured to accept every incoming message at the server level, which means we cannot individually verify whether a specific address is valid or not.
We always share this status transparently so you can decide whether to include those contacts based on your own sending reputation and risk tolerance.
