Best customer service I've experienced
As an executive assistant I've dealt with a lot of customer service, and Snov.io is probably the best customer service I've experienced. They've helped me go from knowing zero about how to do a campaign, and walked me through any questions I had while I learned, in real time and with very quick response rate. They were patient and made me feel like I was their only client of the day. And this has been consistent with every representative, across months. Definitely earned the 5 stars!

Snov.io is a solid platform for running cold email campaigns. The email automation, drip campaigns, warm-up features, and campaign management tools are easy to use and work well.
However, the biggest downside is the contact database. In my experience, many email addresses were either outdated or not properly verified, which affected campaign performance and increased bounce rates.
I would recommend Snov.io primarily for its cold email campaign features rather than its prospect database. If you're looking for high-quality B2B leads and contact data, platforms like Apollo.io or Lusha have provided much better results in my experience.
Overall, Snov.io is a good cold outreach tool, but I wouldn't rely on it as my primary source for prospecting data.

BEWARE! “Mark Williams” from Snovio sends out annoying and unwanted SPAM solicitation texts, despite being on the Federal Do Not Contact list. Reporting them to FTC for harassment!
UPDATE: Snovio ATTEMPTED to have my review removed for “harmful or illegal content” because they don’t like their SPAM texts being called out, but that attempt was overruled by Trust Pilot almost immediately because it’s TRUE! Sorry Snovio!!

What I appreciate the most is how well the email warm-up feature integrates with the rest of the platform. It gives us peace of mind knowing our domain health is protected before and during active campaigns.
