Lemlist is the best outreach tool that we have seen. Their customer service and support is also amazing. We had issues accessing out account (it was not Lemist’s fault) and they made everything right and refunded the full period we had lost access for. Amazing.

Amazing customer service! Having a blast using lemlist, covers a lot of what my team needs for the campaigns.

This is a complex and powerful software with lots of elements - which works for customization but as a beginner, big learning curve. However, the people on the help line are very knowledgeable and some, such as Rastko are pro active... they will look at your account and give you suggestions. He also checks in periodically to see if things are still going okay after providing assistance. AI is nice, but humans are better!

I've tested a bunch of outreach platforms, and lemlist is easily the most functional of the lot. It's not the cheapest option out there, but you're getting the most comprehensive feature set by a decent margin, and it shows once you're actually running campaigns day to day.

What really stood out, though, was the customer support. They were responsive, actually helpful, and it genuinely felt like they cared about my experience rather than just closing a ticket. They even helped me get a refund on a license I hadn't used. Phenomenal service.

Highly recommend if you want a tool that does the job properly and a team that stands behind it.

The app just works, and does everything you need to run modern outbound (all in one). Customer service is also incredible - I had a complex, technical issue with some of my email inboxes/domain and the CS rep (Filip) and the tech team went the extra mile to restore them super quickly. Epic product, great support and team.
