Great product. I struggle with sleep doing night shift work but this product helped me a lot.

Love the product - I could feel a difference in my sleep pattern after a few days and a positive impact on my nightly leg cramps - my husband is now taking it.

I do feel that this magnesium does help make me feel more relaxed before bed and I will continue taking them to build up the benefits

Tried the 1 week trial did not affect me at all
So bought the monthly offer and the first week nothing
But the 2nd week started to help so i hope it continues

Product might be a bit pricey but it works, so it's worth the money. I have it in a wine glass, with sparkling wardrobe and ice instead of my usual glass of wine. Tastes good and helps me sleep.

Very good product and does what it says on the packet helps me sleep.There are two flavours Raspberry,Lemon is very good which I like.Mango Pineapple flavour taste is not as good as the other and therefore I don't like it.

I love both flavours and do believe that I sleep better when I have a healthy metal drink just before bedtime.

I tried these for 5 days they didnt do anything at all to help with my sleep just made me feel awful,I did get a full refund for them when I did email about my concerns.thanks

Tastes refreshing and enjoyable- I have it in a nice glass with soda in the evening and feels like a treat. I do feel sleep is improved- I am still wakening but finding it easy to fall back to sleep again, head feel less like it’s racing … still early as just 2 weeks in almost now but will be continuing

Great tasting drink that really helps me sleep through the night. Before taking these I would wake up several times during the night and was always difficult to go back to sleep. A recommendation that actually worked for me.

I was a bit skeptical about whether this would work for me but I can honestly say it does and I look forward to it every night. The raspberry is lovely, not as keen on the new pineapple. I have it mixed with hot water about an hour before bed and I’ve never nodded off as quickly as I do now! Customer service has always been great and delivery quick. Repeat customer here!

Love this product!!! My favourite is the new mango pineapple flavour, I have it watching tv about an hour before bed n by the time my glass is empty, and my program has ended, I’m ready for bed and I actually sleep!

Been having this delivered for the past few months. My night cramps have lessened and therefore I get a better nights sleep.
Their service is second to none. My last delivery didn’t arrive for some reason. I had all the notifications including one from Royal Mail tracked saying it would be delivered on a certain day. It didn’t
When I emailed Healthy Metal they responded very quickly. When I confirmed that it hadn’t been delivered. They instantly arranged a replacement.

A genuine product, I just couldn’t cope with the taste. The flavours sound lovely but don’t taste anything like the description. I prefer to take magnesium in capsule form, it is a product that can really help with sleep issues but I find I needed a higher dose than this product provided. I received a full refund so I recommend you have to try it, it might be perfect for you.

This product has been amazing. I feel much calmer , I’m sleeping so much better . It has reduced my anxiety. The only thing I’d say always bad is the taste but I’m going to order the new flavour next time . Amazing product

Nice taste but unfortunately didn’t help my sleep. Tried for 12 days and had high hopes because of great reviews but sadly didn’t work for me.
However, happy with service received.

Having taken one sachet a night for the last week I can definitely see and feel an improvement in my sleep. My Fitbit/Google Fit also confirms this. I take it as my final drink of the day around 9pm. Highly recommend.

I'm very happy with my sachets of Healthy Metal. I take one at bedtime with a glass of sparkling water every night, it's a nice relaxing way to end a busy day and I'm especially loving the new mango and pineapple flavour.
Ordering and delivery are very easy and quick as are responses to online messages.
I would definitely recommend Healthy Metal, I have noticed an improvement in my sleep pattern and length of sleep since I started taking it.

I previously purchased the lemon flavour and I was happy with the product. Next order I tried the mango and pineapple and it was so sickly and sweet I could only manage 2 sachets. I contacted their customer services and asked if I could return and replace with the lemon flavour. I was told no and that I should have tried a sample pack. Best part of £40 down the drain, I won’t be buying their products again!
