I am very, very, pleased with my boiler which was fitted in February 2025. My sister also has an ATAG combi boiler and once again she hasn't had any problems with hers. We are both very happy customers and would fully recomend ATAG.

ATAG, fantastic boilers!
We were yet again having our old boiler repaired and the engineer mentioned that it was due to be declared obsolete by the manufacturer, which meant no more spare parts would be available. He said he recommended ATAG boilers and that a replacement combi-boiler would be best for us. He had even fitted one to his own home, which is high praise. He mentioned their superb build quality, high efficiency, engineer support and exceptional warranty. We looked up online reviews as we'd never heard of ATAG and were very impressed with the specifications, reviews and owner's feedback. We went ahead and ordered our ATAG boiler and it was delivered the day before the fitter came to install it. Installation went well despite it being the first ATAG boiler he had fitted and we all noticed how quiet it was when it powered up. The hot water comfort setting costs you a few pence more per day, but it means that hot water arrives at the taps quicker, no more running half a bucketful before it warms up. The 18 year warranty is really great, the boiler is super efficient and we have a warmer house and save money on our energy bill. The cost worked out at less than £100 more than an equivalent boiler (with only a 12 year warranty and plastic fittings in their construction). It's a no-brainer why we chose ATAG and we totally recommend their combi-boilers if you're looking for a new one.

I recently had an ATAG iC Economiser 40 boiler installed by GasGem, and I am absolutely delighted with both the installation and the product.
From the first enquiry through to completion, the service was first-class. The engineer was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all of the options available to me. After comparing different manufacturers, I chose ATAG because of its exceptional build quality, efficiency, and industry-leading 18-year warranty, which gave me far greater peace of mind than many alternative boilers on the market.
One of the main reasons I chose the ATAG over a Worcester Bosch was the overall value for money. Not only does the ATAG offer outstanding reliability and a longer warranty when installed by an approved engineer, but its high efficiency and stainless-steel heat exchanger should help reduce running costs over the long term. Knowing that I have a premium boiler with such extensive warranty cover means less worry about future repair bills and better protection for my investment.
The installation itself was completed to a very high standard. Everything was neat, tidy, and carried out with real attention to detail. The engineer respected my home, cleaned up thoroughly afterwards, and made sure I fully understood how to operate the new system before leaving.
Since the installation, the boiler has been incredibly quiet, heats the house quickly, and provides excellent hot water performance. I already have confidence that I made the right decision choosing the ATAG.

ATAG Warranty and Engineering Support.
I placed a Warranty call on ATAG on Tuesday afternoon and by midday the next day an engineer turned up with the correct spare. ATAG kept me informed at all change points in the call on what next to expect ( engineer arrival time etc).The engineer that turned up was quite simply outstanding. He sympathized with my issue and listened to the fault as I described it, and then went through a systematic fault diagnosis to confirm the exact problem. After fitting the spare part (new fan) he then completed a full service and checked all output levels to confirm they were in tolerance. He kept me informed of what he was expecting throughout.
When you take out a warranty on any item, you hope you don’t need to use it - it was so reassuring that my money was well spent and I really benefitted from a great, efficient service.
Needless to say I thoroughly endorse and recommend this company.

Fabulous! and quiet
Put simply, you shouldn't have to even think about a boiler. With that in mind, I had to replace my old boiler after around 15 years of service; my heating engineer heartily recommended an ATAG, it went in and I've not thought about it since. Except occasionally when I'm in the cellar and the heating's on or my wife's in the shower, when it strikes me how quiet it is. I couldn't wish for anything more from a boiler

Worth every penny – outstanding from start to finish!
Absolutely over the moon with my experience with ATAG Heating Technology. From placing the order through to the boiler installation and aftercare, the whole process was smooth, professional and reassuring. Communication was excellent, and I felt informed and looked after every step of the way.
I’m delighted with the boiler itself, the installation and the overall service. What really stands out is the care and attention throughout the process, including the support after installation. It makes such a difference knowing that good customer service doesn’t end once the sale is complete.
