Do not buy from this site. I ordered a coffee table for £133 and it never arrived. I tried contacting the company several times by WhatsApp and email but received absolutely no response.

Thankfully, I’m now getting my money back after disputing the transaction through Monzo Flex, but it’s been stress and aggravation I really didn’t need. I just wish I’d checked the other Trustpilot reviews before ordering.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from this company.

SCAM SITE - DO NOT USE Absolute scam company. I ordered garden furniture. They sent initial email saying they received my order that was over a month ago. They took my money. Nothing ever arrived. They didn’t answer any of my emails and now you can’t contact them , messages are not delivering. Having to try go through my bank to get money back. Have also reported this company to action fraud.

This website is a scam. Do not use it. My purchase was processed, confirmed, and the money deducted from my account showed up as a bizarre code. They sent me a friendly email a week later apologising for the delay in dispatching my goods, setting a new expected date. I never received my order and they never replied to any of my emails thereafter. Their phone number is incorrect.

Do not buy from this site it is a scam.

,take your money and never give your money back,they even had the audacity to send me an email saying if I’d like to order something else I’d get a 7% discount,unbelievable!!!!!
I got in touch with my bank before the transaction cleared but said the company must take the money first to give them chance to deliver ….yes for real and now I have to wait up to 45 days to wait and see if I can get any of my money back at all,I will be taking my bank money elsewhere if I don’t get a full refund,I see they’re still getting away with it as since my hiccup I see others have been scammed …how on earth can this happen is beyond me.
These low life’s don’t have a clue what’s going on in our lives but trust me …God sees all and Karma is a bia?ch and it’s real.

Very smooth website, with free UK delivery, but...
Instant reply saying order processed, but then no follow up to say it is ever dispatched. They just take your cash and disappear.
Their address says Northern Ireland, but when your payment clears it goes to a french company/account.
The URL is cloned to a different text. The emails are not replied to (5 days still no response). The "contact us via WhatsApp for any queries" is a dead line.
It's a scam. - Should have looked at trust pilot sooner.
Shame that they are probably making a lot of money from this, but my bank will sort out the rest on my end.

Without a doubt this is not a legitimate company. I ordered twice and am now having to claim back the monies from my bank. I ordered a table and chairs and then cancelled the order and was told I would be refunded in 2-5 days and am still waiting 3 weeks later. I was told they had a problem with stripe so the only way to get my money back was via a chargeback. I had also placed another order that was never sent and am also having to do a chargeback from my bank. Awful communication, they barely reply to any emails or WhatsApp and don't answer any calls. Do not buy from this company!

I nearly purchased a large amount from this website as it looked legit & secure. I was about to submit my order but quickly looked to see if i could find a discount code online. I then seen trust pilot reviews! I'd been messaging them about stock and the he reolied this when i mentioned reviews...

Honestly those negative reviews aren't from real customers - we've had competitors deliberately buy fake negative reviews to try and damage us. It unfortunately happens a lot in this industry when you're offering better prices than everyone else.

Beware. I don't this is anything other than a web shop front. No acknowledgement nor response to emails or calls.Unfortunately I paid by debit card but thankfully for relatively small sum. I am hopeful my bank will recover.

Scammed - just like everyone else - website is very convincing. I don’t think myself easily scammed. Luckily I always use credit card for online purchases so hopefully they will come to the rescue.

Fraud!!! Had a WhatsApp conversation about the order with a business account. Placed the order. Paid extra for express delivery. Waited 10 days and nothing. Contacted them direct and was told that they had to cancel the order due to demand and I would need to contact the bank for a charge back. Thankfully the bank refunded straight away.

I’m not easily fooled and the website looks very legit. Same as all the others on here I was immediately on the alert when I received no confirmation email. Emailed and rang the following morning, no response. My account was showing payment pending. Rang bank to cancel the payment but incredibly they can’t until they’ve actually taken the payment!! I don’t understand why! All they would say is that’s how it works as no fraud occurred until money is taken (yet you can cancel a cheque!)
I now have to wait for the fraud to occur and then contact the bank to dispute the payment! Anyone else think this is a crazy back to front system????
