Excellent service.

Product initial supplied arrived damaged beyond use, CEF immediately replaced with no quibble. The replacement arrived the next day. Excellent service.

Three times now i've asked for prices…

Three times now i've asked for prices for solar panels- say's on my account page to ask the branch.
Still no prices to date after nearly a year of asking.
Only thing I can think is they are that busy these day's they don't need anymore business.

Took them 14 days to refund me

Took them 14 days to refund me for an order that I returned to a store (the absolute maximum permitted under legislation). I have never heard of a company taking this long to refund an order. I rang them after 7 days and was advised that my refund would be sped up but that was just lies. Absolutely disgraceful and no need for them to take this long. Won’t be using them again!
