Absolute garbage. Did nothing, not even curb cravings. Returned 2 bottles and am still waiting 6 weeks later for a refund from a money back guarantee. That's the only reason I purchased to try it hoping for the best. Apparently it has not yet been received at their return warehouse yet still won't refund after providing proof of postage and I believe this is nothing but a scam. PayPal contacted but as they've taken so long to complete the return they said I only had 20 days to escalate and I'm out of time and suggested calling fraid action to investigate and trading standards. I'm now contacting bank to try get money back. This purchase cost me £109.95 plus £9.70 return postage. I'm livid.

We moved to this property that had ovo utilities. We immediately changed to our supplier but ended up with a small bill from ovo which we set up a direct debit to pay the outstanding amount. On completion of the balance, they closed the account, issued the 38p refund and then took a further payment the following month even though the account was closed by them. I've had to chase a refund that's taken several days to sort and now is having to be issued by cheque due to direct debit being cancelled so no further payment is taken. The cheque will take 5-10 working days to arrive. However, the two representatives who dealt with the refund were very courteous, friendly and professional. Ovo needs to update their technology to not take money when account is fully paid and close.

Fabulous product, lovely flavours and excellent quality. The gummies that came as a free gift are gorgeous and full of much needed vitamins. Great customer service and reward scheme. I've tried other brands but now won't use anyone else. ❤️

Fantastic company and wonderful support
From the start of the initial consult to receiving my scales and first set of injections to the online support. It's all been amazing. I've had to contact side effects support and got a very detailed lengthy response back from Khizrah Afzal offering not only detailed advice and assistance but also a recommendation to have a consult via telephone with the pharmacist to look at going forward. The side effects responder was fabulous and very empathetic. Well done juniper for employing such caring staff.

Absolutely stunning ring. The box it comes in has a light in it so when it opens the diamonds sparkle. The clarity is beautiful and it comes with certificate of authenticity which shows the cut, clarity and value it would cost to replace which is considerably more than price paid. I love it❤️

Contacted juniper regards switching weight loss drugs and was guided through the switch effortlessly. I think contacted regarding my smartwatch and Rosie was lovely and very quick in responding. I love the fact that juniper don't just sell you the product, they supply the weight loss support, recipes, exercises and education to maintain your weightloss safely and effectively.

This Burn jaro as it was advertised, wasn't even called that. This product was absolute garbage. Did nothing at all, so after 10 days expecting at least less bloating which didn't happen, I decided to return at the cost of £16 but worth it for full refund. As for the company, there customer service was good and kept me well informed. But seriously they need to stop advertising as better than mounjaro cos it's not even close hence 1 star. I don't need to give you any further info as got a refund but wanted to tell others not to waste time or money on this product. Howrveryour customer service us 5*.

Heidi is lovely. She explained everything that was going to happen with my application. She contacted me after the panel agreed for her to represent me and then sent me emails for the next steps and has kept me up to date about everything.

Not happy. I ordered my next dose on Thursday 19th June and it was allegedly dispatched on Friday 20th June and I take my dose on Sundays. On checking the tracking it stated dispatched Friday but in actual fact didn't leave till Monday 23rd June and didn't arrive with me until Thursday a week after ordering. I refused delivery as knew it had been on the move top long but was informed once I finally got to speak to Liz that it would have been within the 72 hrs of refrigeration as that's how long the cool pack lasts and it wasn't actually dispatched till Monday. Now it's on its way back and if received by Friday 27th it will be repacked and resent guaranteed 1pm. If I don't receive by then I will be out of the 14 day period where I can take the Dose and will have to start again. I'm only half a stone from my target and am not going to restart. You will lose a customer and I will be complaining and requesting a refund. I will add that Liz is a great advisor and that is the only saving grace. But if the royal mail doesn't pull it's finger out and stick to the times that is paid for then I'm afraid more customers will be leaving too.

Great experience at start with consultation with registered pharmacist to answer any questions etc. there's also a Sunday evening question session with the pharmacist to ask further questions along your journey. The only issue I've had do far was on ordering my second set of doses which first payment didn't go through them on receiving payment after second attempt there was an issue with getting the order to me. I had to chase the order after speaking to a very rude man who said my colleague will be in touch and hung up. But this was made better when I spoke to a different person who informed me that he'd had a request from Liz who was the lady I had first contact with at the very beginning to arrange consult with pharmacist. I'd contacted her direct and she was on it immediately. The package was then sent immediately and I received the following day meaning I didn't miss my dose. All in all it's been a great company.

So far so good. Stick to the plan a week and have lost 7lb. Feeling a bit headachy but presume that's normal due to detox. I'm happy with the plan and love the morning and evening elixir so much, I have it most mornings and evenings as find it soothing.

Tom was great. He was very pleasant and friendly. He explained everything he needed to do and got on with the job at hand. He then had to leave until he could get a hoist but kept me informed throughout. He returned within an hour the same day to complete the job and completed it and told me what to expect etc. He was brilliant and a credit to open reach.

Spa arrived and was faulty. Customer service takes a week to reply to emails every time one is sent in the conversation. So what should have taken a day in communication took over two months to sort return. Really disappointed.

This was such an easy and straightforward experience. Got a call from the office to make an appointment and paid a very low fee which was taken and a receipt sent immediately. Got a call at the exact time of the appointment and was asked questions regards family to inherit and those to be excluded from our will. Everything was explained and the wills drafted and sent out to sign and check. Job done. Defo would recommend legacy wills and estates for a handle free will.
