Very Professional Company
I must say I was very apprehensive about sorting my will out when I was told it would be done over the phone , but needed not to worry .
The lady that rang me took her time with me and if I had to pause she said that was fine .
She was vey very calm and professional.

Don't delay it, just get it sorted
Simple and straightforward process, just need to read what they tell you to prepare in advance of the consultation, helps speed things up if you have all the addresses ready. Inexpensive solution to a thing we are all guilty of delaying.

Straightforward information and advice
Straightforward information and advice given from start to finish setting out the options based on your wants and needs the first call is just getting basic information with a follow up appointment by phone lasting approximately 45 minutes to an hour and less than 2 weeks later the will arrived with just the witness signatures needed to complete the will, so easy I recommended it to my sister who went ahead and got one a couple of weeks later.

Explained my options in simple terms
Explained my options in simple terms. Allowed myself to select what i would prefer. Advised me about the options that I had made I.e leaving my inheritance to my daughters husband if my daughter passed away before him, which was explained if he went on to remarry his new wife would be entitled to the money I had left to my daughter. So now all my inheritance is to be passed down the blood family line.
