The plumber who visited my house was…
The plumber who visited my house was very professional, polite and helpful.
I don’t like that I had to pay 2 excess fees for one visit (I understand it was 2 areas that needed checking). No work was carried out. I can only assume the excess fee is used in place of a call out fee when no work is done, which I feel is unfair. If no work done then no fee should be charged, or at least only 1 fee instead of 2.
3 stars for the company fee policy and 5 stars for the tradesman who attended my houses

Whilst we're pleased to know that you were happy with the engineer who attended. We're sorry that you were unhappy with the excess payments. The excess is payable per claim you make, therefore if you raise two separate claims for separate issues, you will need to pay the excess for each claim.
