Awful company

Awful company, poor communication. Misleading letters and staff that don’t know their own process or SLA’s.

Signed up to Plusnet on the 14th of October - cancelled the same day as they couldn’t not get an open reach engineer until mid November. Funny that when I signed up with sky I had an engineer come out the next day.

I was told that a refund would processed immediately and would reach my account without 5 days. Also had a letter to confirm.
Just spoke to Plusnet and I’m being told it’s 10-15 days. Shambolic company, looks like I had a lucky escape not signing up with them. Heaven for bid if I had an emergency with my broadband. Stay clear of this company.

Can’t fault David from open reach

Can’t fault David from open reach, had an issue with the fibre optics then had been damaged by the previous owners. David came out the day after up signing up to Sky broadband. Problem fixed within the hour. Amazing service.

Awful just awful

Awful just awful - had an in door hub for 2 years - without any real issues - I upgraded to the outdoor hub - and it’s the worst thing I have ever done - 3 weeks in and the whole thing has broken - have to wait 3 day before they will send out a replacement- the eero device is undoubtedly the worst device I’ve ever had to use for Broad brand -

Shocking service

Shocking service - ordered a table and chairs set for next day delivery, but only the chairs were delivered. Called to query this, and was told it would take up to 48hours to respond to an email.

I will never order online from B&Q again - I’m furious - get your act together B&Q. If your third parties are not delivering goods to the standard of the B&Q brand - find new suppliers!!!!

This company should be closed down

This company should be closed down, I’ve never disliked dealing with a company in life as much as I do dealing Remus. Completely incompetent, shambolic accounting, and quite frankly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I’ll be glad to see this back of Remus, I have raised my concerns with my local MP. They are absolutely shocking.

Awful just awful

Awful just awful, poor quality homes, even worse choice in management companies to service their estates. The worst customer service you will ever get from any other company around. Quick to take your money, painfully slow to respond and deal with your requests. They have caused nothing by pain and stress in my life. I will never buy another property from persimmon.

The most incompetent company across any…

The most incompetent company across any industry I have ever dealt with.

Dishonest, sneaky, poor attitude to dealing customers issues. One the worse maintained estates in Cardiff. Total charlatans. No idea what they are, constant over charging and under delivering. No persimmon have left the estate - we will be looking remove Remus. I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with company. They should be ashamed of themselves on how the conduct their business.

Hate getting these gift cards from people - it take 24 hours before your able to use and the customer services repose time is nothing short of diabolical. I would never purchase this type of gift as a gift for anyone

Do not purchase this card -

If you’re left with an uneven balance you will not able to spend it - for example if you have £20 on your gift card and only spend £16 you can not then exchange the remaining £4 balance for another gift card - you can only top up by the minimum of £5 which leaves the balance as £9 pound but most voucher start from £10 and you can not top up by £1. So the uneven balance just sits there…. Honestly avoid this method - either give them cash or buy a gift card direct from the specific retailer. Did reach out to their customer service team - no help at all - useless - avoid- don’t waste your time and money.

Poor app, one of the lowest paid apps out here. 1p for ever video you watch.

Avoid this app, it is the worst app I have used. The points structured is all wrong, it would take you months to build enough points to reach the bare minimum payout. Shocking - don’t bother

The number of points for watching videos changes daily and does not depend on us, but on the available ads.

Absolutely livid - I pay £20 per month…

Absolutely livid - I pay £20 per month for 20gb of data- landed it Spain which is reduced to a dire 5gb of data - I’ve just topped up, but giff gaff have not credited my daughter account with the credit.

They have the worst customer service - no direct contact just message and wait 2 days for a reply - absolutely shocking

Allan Gold Qmee Same old poor excuses…

Allan Gold Qmee Same old poor excuses that QMEE seem to offer up every time someone who completes a survey gets declined at the end. These survey providers need to be removed from your platform, and the user compensated for their time. This has been an ongoing issue for quite some time and QMEE have not done a single thing about it. Please QMEE don’t reply with ‘you are working with you survey providers’ This clearly isn’t true as this problem with declines, goes back a couple of years. Do the right thing by your users, you have a duty of care to they are not getting ripped off.
For all those who are fed up of this happening time and time again- leave a review on trust pilot to warn others about this platform - enough is enough.

It’s important to note that when you participate in surveys, the provider is purchasing your submission, not your time. If you fit the criteria, and have answered the survey effectively then they purchase your submission. If you don't meet the requirements then they don't pay for the survey, you don't get paid, and neither does Qmee
Participating in market research is absolutely your choice, and can be a great way to supplement your income, but it's always good to keep in mind that the providers are paying for the surveys, not for your time.

Awful experience at my local subway…

Awful experience at my local subway today. Enter the store at 10am to purchase breakfast, no one else in the store but was told they were to busy to serve me and I had to wait 25 minutes if I wanted to order. There were 4 people behind the counter doing nothing. The shop was filthy, food items every no gloves being warm. The whole place smelt it it hadn’t been cleaned in over a week.

Absolutely appallingly company

Absolutely appalling company - don’t waster your time with them- they are constantly holding monies that don’t belong to them - there customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. They get paid for the surveys you complete, but hold back any monies due. The length of time they advertise to compete a survey, is no where near accurate. You could spend 30 mins for 10p. The company is awful and so is how they deduct they business- They profit for the time you invest but don’t reward you fairly - something needs to be done about Crowdology- I will be looking further into the conduct of this company.

I suggest we take to Twitter to get some exposure to the problems we are experiencing
