Review of Biltong St Marcus
The biltong was dry as requested and thinly sliced, just the way I like it. I have ordered from different SA shops but this is the best biltong outside of South Africa.

Service has been good although there was some confusion with regard to Rivaroxaban being attempted twice for some time. There was also two occasions when the meds order was late and I ran out. Overall still a good service.

We're sorry to hear of the confusion experienced with your medication. This is not the service we aim to provide and we'd happily look in to this further for you.
We are very sorry to hear that you ran out of medication before your Echo delivery was received - the last thing we want is for you to be out of medication.
During this current pandemic we have experienced stocks delays which are sometimes as a result of the quantity of medication ordered, its availability from the supplier or whether there are any manufacturing problem with the item in question, although this should not be a recurring issue.
When a medication is out of stock, we offer alternative services to our patients so they are not left without medication as our main priority is to ensure our patients have their medication on time, whether that be through Echo or an alternative pharmacy local to the patient.
