The biltong was dry as requested and thinly sliced, just the way I like it. I have ordered from different SA shops but this is the best biltong outside of South Africa.

Standards have dropped.
Order placed 12:03pm on a Thursday was only going to be processed the following Monday. I was also told i'd receive a call regarding my cancellation which never happened. This is the 3rd time having issue with orders, never happened previouly so not sure what has changed but dissapointing as you guys used to be a lot better.

Fantastic Lamb Droëwors – Great Taste, Quality and Value
I recently ordered the Lamb Droëwors from St. Marcus, and I have to say it was absolutely fantastic.
As someone who loves lamb, I was really pleased to find a company offering lamb droëwors alongside biltong, beef, zebra, and such a wide variety of other flavours. The choice is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable too.
I had previously ordered from another company, mainly because their prices were good, but St. Marcus has really impressed me with both the variety and the quality. The ingredients appear much better, and the taste definitely proves it. The lamb droëwors was full of flavour, beautifully made, and genuinely enjoyable.
I’m really glad I found St. Marcus and I’ll definitely continue ordering from them. These went down an absolute treat, and once they’re finished, I’ll be placing another order.
Thank you for a brilliant product and great value. Highly recommended.
