Excellent Quality British Meat Every Time!
I have always had a great experience with this company. The meat is always very good quality, especially the steaks, which are absolutely delicious.
The cooking times provided are spot on, making it easy to cook the meat perfectly every time. I also really appreciate that all the meat is British.
I am very happy with the quality and service, and I will definitely be using them for the third time. Highly recommend!

Excellent meat and keen prices
Excellent meat and keen prices. I’ve just compared with M&S for turkey, beef, ham and Edenmoor costs quite a bit less, like for like, with better provenance of the products. Delivery also very efficient.

The quality of the beef mince has gone…
The quality of the beef mince has gone down. The meat is not moist anymore and cooks dry.
Prior to the introduction of 5% fat beef mince, the only available option for mince was amazing. Even though, I ordered the 15% mince this time, the meat cooked extremely dry and did not separate smoothly, leaving a rubbery texture.
It's possible that there is an issue with the particular order but given their great quality, I would expect Edenmoor to investigate this and have it fixed.

Thank you for your feedback. Our beef mince is available in different varieties, with our lean mince naturally containing less fat. This can result in a drier texture when cooked, particularly if cooked for longer.
For a juicier result, we would recommend trying our Steak Mince, which has a higher fat content and is better suited to those looking for a richer, more succulent mince.

Loved Pipers...ordered almost monthly. Love the lamb.
However, there is a difference this year to previous and having now just read what has actually happened over the last 18months...I'm going to go back to Pipers & Co
Hopefully others start seeing what happened and support the original owners and not the corporate machine that is now Edenmore

I have ordered many items before fro Edenmoor when they were k own as pipers, and found their product excellent, in spite of the expensive price tag.
As i said i had no issue with the price because of the high quality and my satisfaction with both the product and the service.
However i recently ordered 4 sirloin steaks and after trying one last night i waa sorely disapointed. It waa extremely tough and a serious disappointment.
I have sadly, made my last order from this company.

The customer service team led by Liz is first class when needed and epitomises the whole of the Edenmoor ethos.
