Guaranteed awesome product - 2kg Dry aged rolled rib - perfectly nutty, fat content was bang on soft and juicy...So much better than the local butcher (who is also great) but this is next level - As expected but also they delivered.

The delivery was on time as arranged and the quality of the Beef was as good as it gets! I cooked Fillet of Beef for 10 people and one of them is a top chef - he was blown away by the excellent quality.

Excellent online Butcher service
This was my first order with HG Walters and having had a Butchers in the family, I was naturally going to have high standards with regards to ordering the aged beef. It did not disappoint! Fantastic flavour and wonderfully tender. Will definitely use HG again.

Flavoursome meat, fuss free service.
The chuck steak I ordered was full of flavour, cut into good sized cubes, the lardons smokey and salty not watery, resulting in a tender, delicious casserole. The whole experience from order through to delivery was faultless.

Poor service
Ordered for the first time, and specified delivery for Friday.
It's now Saturday and on contacting DPD I was told the delivery is perishable and will no longer be delivered. No contact or notification, I had to ask.
Now I have no meat for a family BBQ and need to go out as a panic to get some. Will not be ordering again, and I suggest others don't if you need a reliable supplier.
