When I came home it was on my front doorstep in view of everyone instead of behind my bin by my back door!

Order never arrived and when I complained they said it was in transit - bullshit!
Luckily I had paid through PayPal and when I complained to them about this company they refunded my money.

You sent me an email yesterday to say my parcel would be delivered today. I had a web chat asking if I could change delivery as I am away and was told if they could not deliver the parcel a second attempt would be made on Monday which was fine as I am home then but it was dumped by my back gate open to the elements and in full view of everyone! I am very very angry!
