Good products, good quality, wash well.
Poor returns links BUT excellent customer service
would recommend!

I placed an order in error (colour wise) I contacted customer services immediately - had no response for 2days, to be told the delivery had been dispatched with nothing they could do other than a refund/return - the click link supplied had me going round in circles , stating no order number existed! Again going back to customer services to seek help!
This time the problem was resolved quickly, politely and effectively.
In my opinion on line services need to be improved as the products themselves are very good.

I've been using nutrition geeks products for a while now such as magnesium & turmeric so thought I'd give the collagen glow up a whirl, arrived the day after I'd ordered it, only been using it a fortnight and already my knee feels better, my skin looks fresh can't say I look younger but it's only been a fortnight... Trust the process!

The website and purchasing was a simple process, purchase arrived on time and well packaged.
The Regatta/ Orla Keeley print coat is beautiful, wind proof & water proof is so cozy. However the only let down is the size of the hood, doesn't seem big enough given the style is oversized - only just sits on your head, in the rain face and front of head both soaked, its a shame!

We were made to feel welcome straight away. Without any pressure we wondered around the store with sales staff checking in with us periodically offering advice and telling us about the various features. When we required assistance Julia was only feet away. After making our final choice of many favourites, each new one being the NEW favourite, she helped us by showing us our choice of fabric on another suite so we got a better idea of the finished product, her knowledge, experience and advice being an animal lover was invaluable. The sofa we purchased was stylish & functional. It ticked all the boxes. I can highly recommend the Chester store, it's a relaxed environment with highly trained & knowledgeable friendly sales teams! With no pressure or condescending attitude!

I wanted Second battery for my Gtech vac as I hate running out of power halfway through a job. It was easy to find on the site and was with me the following day. Can't get better than that. I wouldn't be without a Gtech K9 vac now it's great with two dog's.

The team of butternutters are fabulous, they are very efficient and the food is tasty, my staffy is very fussy and would happily eat only my home cooked food, thankfully @butternutbox takes all the stress out of it for me by providing nutritional well balanced meals that smell just like home made just for dogs!

Can't get a better service, ordered yesterday-recieved today! Brilliant quality, really simple to create personalised greeting card.
