Clothes are fine. Returns are difficult! Has to be sent via the post office or a bar code obtained from Evri. Just not easy!

Ok. But item was not in stock and unfortunately I was not notified of this until the order was placed. This delayed the sign some 3 days.

Delivery quick, but parcel force left our parcel at local post office as we were out! This is the third delivery we have had from Underfloorheating Direct and all have been well packaged and delivered promptly.

Very expensive!

Very expensive!! Drove to London to visit family for.a while so joined Flexi Membership. Received my card and sticker. Reserved a charging space-haha! Arrived a Large Mercedes van parked in space plus a car with a disabled parking clock neither EVs. Had to drive around and come back some 15 minutes later to get to a charger. Had to use my own cable no type 2! Then got charged some £18 for my charge! No one in London is going to rush to go electric unless charges are reduced and spaces reserved are available. Seems this French firm takes the money but does not make sure that cars are not parked illegally in ev charging bays even when they are reserved. Then they charge a huge amount for charging.by the minute instead of by the electricity consumed.
