Ordered a coat for a holiday - never arrived.
Ordered a coat for a holiday. The address was wrong on the order but customer service was unable to change it. They did send a note to the courier company but the item didn’t arrive over two weeks later. The courier company have been contacted three times but they haven’t responded.

I can see that the full address as passed on to Evri however the tracking has unfortunately not updated since then. As such, at this stage we would class the order as lost in transit. Easy car parking in Liverpool City centre
Car park was easy to find and within easy walking distance of the City Centre. The hotel was closed to visitors but the reception was manned to allow us to validate the ticket before we left. A great parking experience.
