Purchased Pulsio TENS but finding it difficult to use.
Can’t use on back as can’t see controls - also when you can see controls the PULSE is very weak. Very disappointed and (for me) a waste of money.
My old fashioned TENS is much more effective.

I now have pulsio’s tens machine, the pulsio air massage gun and my absolute favourite the pulsio pro compression boots. Everything single order arrived in less than 2 days. Everything is made to very high standards and most of all they do exactly what they describe they can do. My recover tool box is full and I am very happy. Everything looks good and feels good. The massage gun is the perfect size and nice to handle. This is very much where recovery meets luxury.

Firstly it was delivered far quicker than I expected, just a few days so top marks there since I've been experiencing some calf issues and wanted to try this out.
And I haven't been disappointed. It's really good using the calf sleeve after a run and targeting the tight areas.

Second purchase of both Pulsio Tens and Pulsio Air, having given the first ones to my granddaughter who is an England gymnast. Would highly recommend both purchases. However there has been one issue with the Tens pads this time with the gel separating from the pad on the first day of use. Did email Pulsio and got a message back saying they would contact me but haven’t heard anything from them. This has meant I’ve had to purchase new pads already. One good thing is they did arrive next day.

Great product but 5 days after purchase received an e mail offering 20% discount. Sent an e mail band got a reply basically saying sorry but tough. Will think twice before ordering anything else

Great service , great support outstanding product

I love how compact the set is, I travel with them to use the next day after a hard session. Or if I have any knots forming. I did have to memorised the amount of beeps to press for the settings so I could discard the instructions. Definitely worth purchasing.

Instructions said it would arrive with minimal charge to try out immediately but mine was as flat as anything. I immediately charged it for the 3 hours as stated but despite this, mine wouldn't hold its charge. Pressed the 'on' button but absolutely no response whatsoever! I wouldn't waste your money. This is going to be returned. So disappointing.

I am an athlete and I believe that this is a very great device for my recovery, it is easily used and delivers great results. However it would be better if there were more cycles to chose from that had different purposes e.g. not just circulation, combination and sequence. Definitely a top tier product for the price!

I bought the Pulsio Thermasleep, got it on special offer plus they accept a bluelights discount (10%). I can honestly say it’s the best cooling device to help me sleep I’ve ever had (and I’ve had several portable aircon units). It actually works better with a duvet as it ‘traps’ the cold air underneath and it really allows you to have a good nights sleep even if the room is hot! Would highly recommend, delivery was quick as well..!

Thermasleep definatly helps … helped to lower my RHR, by keeping my temperature more controlled . Also helps for controlling any night time sweats, as I can only lay on my back all night.
It could however be improved .. unable to cope with the 30 degree temperatures we have been having. Also a separate App as the competitors have, would be beneficial .. so as to control the temperature through the night. As your body heats up and cools down throughout sleep. Lastly the noise level could be reduced, but to address everything it would mean an increase in cost 😕😕

Disappointing Customer Service from a Loyal Customer

I’ve been a loyal Pulsio customer for a number of years and currently own six of their products, so this is a review I never expected to write.

After around 20 months, my compression boots stopped inflating correctly. I contacted customer services, who were polite and took me through some basic troubleshooting, but unfortunately they couldn’t resolve the issue.

What really disappointed me was the solution. I was offered a 20% “goodwill” discount towards a replacement pair. However, Pulsio was already running a 20% off promotion available to everyone, so the goodwill gesture wasn’t actually a goodwill gesture at all.

I understand that products can fail and that warranties have limits. I wasn’t expecting a free replacement, but I did expect a company I’d supported by purchasing six of their products to recognise that loyalty with a genuine attempt to help.

The compression boots were excellent while they worked, but for a premium product to fail after less than two years is disappointing. What has left the biggest impression, though, is the lack of meaningful after-sales support.

Sadly, this experience has made me question whether I’ll purchase from Pulsio again. I hope they reconsider how they look after loyal customers, because good products alone aren’t enough if the customer service falls short when it’s needed most.

I bought the Thermasleep Pod expecting it to maintain a consistently cool sleeping temperature, especially considering the premium price. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience.

During the current UK heatwave, I’ve found that the Pod struggles to stay cool when the bedroom temperature rises. It may feel cool when you first get into bed, but once it detects your body heat, the cooling effect doesn’t seem to last, and the bed gradually becomes much warmer than expected.

For a product marketed as a temperature-controlled sleep system, I expected it to maintain the set temperature regardless of normal seasonal conditions. Instead, its performance seems to be heavily affected by the ambient room temperature, which significantly limits its usefulness during hot weather, arguably when you need it most.

I genuinely wish I’d returned it during the return period. It’s one of those products that’s a hassle to pack up and arrange collection for, and because I needed to be at home to do it, I just never got around to it. I now regret not making the effort.

Overall, I’ve been really disappointed. Given the high cost of the Thermasleep Pod, I expected reliable, consistent cooling throughout the night, but it hasn’t lived up to those expectations.

All the pulsio items I’ve brought have worked exceptionally well. I have the air pro and pulsio compression legs.

I purchased the Pulsio Pro with the heated attachment and was really impressed with the product. Unfortunately, the heated head became stuck in the massage gun, making it unusable.

I contacted Pulsio customer service, and Ann was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She arranged the return and replacement quickly and kept me updated.

The only issue I experienced was with the DPD delivery. The replacement was sent to a locker, but the QR code didn’t work, which caused confusion between DPD and the parcel’s status. Thankfully, the issue was eventually resolved, and I received my replacement.

Overall, I’m very happy with the product and grateful for the excellent customer service from Ann. The delivery issue was frustrating, but it wasn’t a reflection of the support I received from Pulsio.
