I love how compact the set is, I travel with them to use the next day after a hard session. Or if I have any knots forming. I did have to memorised the amount of beeps to press for the settings so I could discard the instructions. Definitely worth purchasing.

Love this machine. I didn’t think it would have enough pressure but it’s fantastic. I’m yet to take it to its max. Worth every penny.

I’m getting back into running from an injury and this has helped with lactic acid recovery. I wish they would design one for my arms. Highly recommended.
