Item in stock that we purchased and arrived within the time said on the website. Product works wonderful well

Ordered from their website as it said free returns. Have been trying to contact to make a return for 2 weeks now and still haven’t accomplished anything. Getting absolutely ridiculous, I want to return and get my money back, abysmal customer service. Never buy anything from this company, if I ever get my refund I will never be buying from them again.

I purchased a dhcera20e ceramic heater through Airpoints. I registered this product and it had a warranty period of 2 years. It was purchased in March 2023. It lasted only until July 2026. I was using it in the morning about a week ago and it suddenly shut down. I thought maybe it had overheated so attempted to let it cool for 30 minutes, tried it when plugged in and turned on, and no response at all--no light or anything. Tried another few times over the course of a week. The product is dead. I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed in this product and would not be too keen to try anything from Dimplex in the future. When I spend 180 on a product like this, I am expecting at least 5 years from it. Making products with short lifespans like this is bad for the environment and for customer relations.

Had to wait a long time for delivery. Great difficulty finding contact number or right dept to contact. Was told several times item on way when I checked tracking no but parcel company was never able to confirm this or provide an eta. I did not wish to download the Shop app to be inundated with bumph emails. Im pleased with tower fan and it was easy to assemble the stand , just contact was difficult as Shop app not downloaded for reason stated.

I bought the fan and believed it would be dispatched within 48 hours which didn’t happen. I was also told by DPD that it had been delivered and it hadn’t and was delayed by another day.

The fan took over 5 days to be delivered and when it did it was broken. Then after that it has taken you 2 weeks to even get back in touch about a replacement. As it stands I got no fan and I'm £60 down and I don't know if your going to send a new one before the heat wave has finished?

First of all this is about the customer service and not the product

We told them in the final email I’m sorry but the communication from your company has been unacceptable. Left hanging wondering what is happening time and time, given deadlines for shipping and delivery and still left hanging. Then telling people it's delivery when it wasn't even in Glasgow and not forgetting promise after promise. Making us nervous to order again and I feel some form of goodwill discount in this order is a start.

We ordered on the jun 28th on free next day delivery, so by July 1st I was chasing it up, to find out the number doesn’t work and we need a chatbot, then a week of emails promising it would be shipped same day and nothing. Then suddenly we get a message on July 6th saying it was delivered but it didn’t leave Preston and then it came on the July 7th

In the middle of it all we asked dimplex to call twice and requests are denied. I would say honestly avoid this seller as they are ignorant, lack communication, refuse a telephone number and just guess about deliveries

One reason Duplex were selected is because they had the product in stock and made a fast delivery commitment. The order was processed on same day the order was placed. 8 days later the product arrived. DPD was the Dimplex selected delivery company. According to the information provided it took 3 days for DPD to collect from Dimplex and a further 5 days from DPD to me. This is not fast delivery in my book. If i had known i would have looked elsewhere.

The length of time it took for it to be delivered. When I ordered it the delivery time was 2 to 3 days it took over a week to be delivered.
