You should avoid this company
I ordered 37 boxes of the cloud cover and would strongly advise to avoid this company for the below reasons:
- don’t be swayed by the good reviews, a lot of them are just talking about the samples.
- of the 37 boxes, about 2 boxes worth of flooring came chipped or damaged and the fitter could not use them (I can share pictures if anyone wants them)
- if you speak to the company they won’t offer a replacement but will blame you even though the fitter didn’t touch most of the pieces lol
- delivery was a nightmare
All in all a terrible experience across the board and strongly advise to look at alternatives (who are actually cheaper in a lot of cases!)
