What you buy probably isn’t what it looks like in real life since they can’t even take real photos of their own products.

Review of Pong Cheese
Although the website and the cheeses look good, I placed a subscription order on a Friday evening to try them out and it has not been processed as of Wednesday the following week.
Their FAQs state that orders will be processed within two days.
To be updated following contact with customer service…
EDIT: Customer service have now responded as per the below. The website does state that the usual delivery day is Thursday - my mistake. Waiting to see what the cheese is like…

Review of Passenger
The shorts I got from Passenger look great, but after only 3 weeks (and only a few wears) the stitching has come undone on one of the pockets.
EDITED
The Passenger warranty is great, I submitted a claim under the warranty policy and received a reply the same day offering a replacement, credit or refund.
Great customer service, updated to 5*

Review of Airparks
Drop off was fine, however when we returned our car was there but nobody to hand over keys. Waited 10 minutes for someone to appear, and we were in such a rush to leave by this point that I didn’t check the car.
My rear lights were out and there was rodent damage to the wiring from inside the car!
They must be using horrible, rodent infested car parks. Will never ever use again.
I would never recommend to anyone - pay more and go through the airport.
Review of Big Motoring World
I travelled 3 hours to the Blue Bell Hill branch yesterday to test drive and pick up a new car.
At payment stage I was asked to sign a declaration that the car had two keys and an SD card containing navigation data.
At collection, I was told that these were at a different BMW site and that they would be sent to me in the post.
After calling to follow up, I have been told that I was lied to and that no spare key or SD card exist.
It has been recommended that I buy a spare key and SD card and that they will reimburse me for the cost. I have since been quoted £602 by an official Audi retailer for the replacement of these items.
I do not believe that I will be reimbursed if I buy these out of my own pocket and have requested a refund for the amount quoted. If this is not provided I will be returning my car within 30 days as is my right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Be warned - if you are not shown the spare key and SD card, do not buy.
UPDATE: I have still not heard back from Big Motoring World despite them 'looking into it'. I have also now raised this matter with both the General Manager and Dealer Principal, whose email addresses I will share for others to raise their own issues.
UPDATE #2: Since my first update, another review has been posted by Stuart Head (see 1* reviews) stating that exactly the same thing happened to him. This company is unscrupulous and is intentionally misleading customers about what they're truly purchasing. I am still awaiting a call back and/or a refund. I will be returning my car next week.
UPDATE #3: After emailing the Dealer Principal and the General Manager, I have had a complaints case opened with a Customer Services Advisor. They claim that the spare key and SD card were bought with the car and should be at another site, which they're chasing up now. However I had already been told that this had been requested from the other site and that they didn't exist, so I'm not holding my breath. Making preparations to drive back to Chatham on Tuesday to return the car.
UPDATE #4: Still no refund. I’m actually still awaiting the £99.00 refund from the initial reservation deposit as well. This is a disgrace.
UPDATE #5: I’ve got nowhere and haven’t heard anything. If you need to make a complaint, email Dave.Selby@bigmotoringworld. Uk (General Manager). He probably won’t do anything, but it’s worth filling his inbox to let him know how poor BMW really are.

Helen was very clear and transparent with me on Live Chat, advising when my order was expected to be received by ArrowXL and when it is likely to be delivered. Great service

Completely useless -all systems down with no communication. Brokers and Estate Agents are paid to 'recommend' them - however NOBODY has a good experience. AVOID

Review of Mobile Phones Direct Ltd
‘Cashback’ is a scam.
I’ve applied for my second instalment of cashback which is an annoying process as it is (why wouldn’t they just automate it?).
But now I’m told that I’m not eligible because I haven’t claimed within 60 days? Like I sit here counting?
It’s basically a cheap scam to make the deal look better - they won’t pay out if you forget and they won’t send you reminders.
Don’t bother even considering any deal involving cash back as it’s a money grab.

Review of Ebuyer (UK) Limited
Both items delivered as described, however the postage took the p*ss. I paid an extra £10 (give or take) to have my items delivered within 2 days; one was delivered 1 day late and the other was 5 days late! I got in touch with Ebuyer who reimbursed me for the postage charges, but if you need something in a hurry then this isn't the company for you!
Review of Yodel by InPost
It is with regret that I must inform you that this delivery service is, frankly, awful.
On a number of occasions I have had 'missed' deliveries - despite being at home and in the house (often to await the arrival of a parcel). However, I am frequently informed that either I haven't been at home, or that my property 'couldn't be accessed'! I have a drive, leading to a porch, leading to a front door. This is a clear, unobstructed and direct access route to the house.
This is through no fault of my own. A prime example of this occurred today. I was supposed to be delivery number 3 on the Yodel tracker, and I was watching the driver movements closely as a result of previous poor experiences.
Today the driver did not even attempt to deliver the parcel. They did not park outside my house. They did not even drive past. And my work study faces the front of the house, so there is no way I would have missed a Yodel van.
I would like to know what kind of delivery service makes absolutely no attempt to deliver parcels? And then has the sheer audacity to send a message blaming me? I have contacted the website I ordered from to share the same concerns about Yodel. For now, however, I just want you all to know that I will never use this company, will actively recommend that others do not use it, and will choose any alternate delivery option available moving forwards.
Yodel are really that bad.
