Price was much better than offered on trade-in and the process is pretty straightforward.

It’s easy to take the required photos as the app displays the car profile to frame each photo.

The estimated price was very close to the final agreed price, and the auction process only took a couple of days.

Pick up from home was arranged at a time to suit me and as soon as my description was accurate the payment was authorised for immediate payment.

Our delivery in December 2025 was missing the “free” egg chair and some sun lounger covers.

Now, 5 months later we still don’t have the egg chair despite numerous e-mails / chats / phone calls. Rattan Hut repeatedly promise it will be dispatched soon or next week!

Their website claims a TrustPilot rating of 4.5/5 but this is totally false as TrustPilot will not rate them due to misuse of data in their marketing!

I would advise steering clear of this company.

Fantastic service from Alex at the Cribbs Causeway store - attentive, knowledgeable and helpful without being overbearing. The delivery team - Mark and Nathan- were excellent - courteous, friendly and efficient. Great buying experience.

The Hollings smokey bones used to be excellent, but now easily fracture, causing a choking hazard to dogs.

I complained to Hollings Customer Service and after initial promises to investigate they ignored all follow up e-mails.

Good product, delivered on time by a courier who actually used the Ring the doorbell to agree where to leave it.

There's plenty of space for documents and valuables.

I love the product - I just ordered a 3rd set for my garage.

I would have given 5 stars, but there is no way to interact with the delivery company to set a time or where to leave the package. As a result, my shelves were left on the doorstep despite having a Ring doorbell which would have allowed me to speak to the driver and tell him to place the package in the side alley.

Pretty straightforward and was able to choose my own excess level.

Slightly painful because we are moving house and the system would not allow us me to use the same e-mail address for a different house.

After dropping the car at at T5 we received an immediate e-mail with photos of the car and the instrument display.

On return, the guy was waiting for us at the car, which had been cleaned and looked immaculate.

I wanted to order a duplicate of a previous card and send it to another person. Through the Live Chat the agent placed the previous order in my basket so that I could modify the address & delivery date.

So, good service - but I would have expected to be able to do this directly from the website…..I can’t be the only person wanting to send the same card twice?

My CCTV system lost its connection to the phone app, but the support engineer was able to quickly guide me through a series of steps to get back on line.
This meant we didn’t need an engineer to visit and it was done free of charge

Customer Service is an alien concept to this company.

Just like other reviewers, I sat on a voucher for a year because they don’t issue refunds. Now I try to spend it on some home test kits and everything is out of stock. Their response - tough luck!!!!…..not even a commitment to extend the voucher until they re-stock.

Avoid this company at all costs!

I posted a negative review of Express Test on Trust Pilot and they responded by asking me to go to their website to fill in a complaint form so that it could be investigated.
I did as requested, and almost immediately received the same refusal as I had previously received by e-mail!!
So, now I am even more frustrated, as I wasted more of my time to be fobbed off once again.
It's good that Express Test are monitoring Trust Pilot, but don't just go through the motions and ask people to fill out a form, just to make it look like you care, because you clearly don'y

When France banned UK travellers we took a voucher for £132.48 in leu of tests. Now as we approach the voucher expiry date, we have no need for tests, so asked for a refund - which was bluntly refused.
Given that Express Test have not incurred any costs, their stance is indefensible - they could even deduct a "processing fee". I don't know of any other company that has taken this approach - presumably they know their days of raking in the cash from the misery of COVID are nearly over, so they are hanging onto every penny!

The on-line claim process is very simple and claims are often paid the same day.
Do your homework to determine which plan is right for your likely level of usage.

This seems to be a scam site.

I placed an on-line order and received a professional looking confirmation. The product didn't arrive and now the company is non-contactable by e-mail or phone.

Good on line price for tyres and the fitting was done within the predicted time.
