Customer Service is an alien concept to this company.
Just like other reviewers, I sat on a voucher for a year because they don’t issue refunds. Now I try to spend it on some home test kits and everything is out of stock. Their response - tough luck!!!!…..not even a commitment to extend the voucher until they re-stock.
Avoid this company at all costs!

Hi, thanks for leaving your review. The voucher issued is in line with the agreed upon terms and conditions at the time of purchase. I understand this is not the outcome you had hoped for, however I can see you have been reminded of our policy on multiple occasions and made no attempt to redeem your voucher for our test kits while they were in stock. Your voucher can still be used to purchase an on site test with us.
