This is the second review on the same problem.
I really don't know where to start with this company, some of the customer service agents are very helpful with what they are allowed to do....!
My faulty part arrived today after two weeks waiting only to find its nothing like the original part supplied (which was faulty).
After many, many, many phone calls powerhouse fitness have agreed to sent the engineer round to look at the pull up machine ( a Knight in shining armour ) can't say enough about them they were spot on and very professional.
They did confirm all my suspicions which I've been trying to get resolved over the phone....!
Basically need half a new frame because old one is badly bent ( from factory ).
Im glad its in the engineers hands now as I'm sure it will hopefully get resolved ASAP.
This has caused me and my family lots of stress don't think we could take dealing with this company again in the future.
All i can say is be so great full you have the engineers you have fronting the company on sites.

Item delivered on as described, would highly recommend.
