Great communication from Flogas and quick response time in sorting out a required refund

Renewal of supply contract for LPG became due, as per previous two-year arrangements, and thanks to some ready clarification of the on-going terms the whole process was seamless and efficient, thanks to your member of staff, Shaz. Such reliability on the part of Flogas is much appreciated.

We messed Flogas arroud on this installation, but they delivered the project on the dates they said. They experienced supply issues with the fencing (we've faced similar issues on other projects), but sourced what they needed from other suppliers. Left the site clean and tidy.

Order placed on-line, slow co firmation of acceptance of order but deli ery still arranged within 5 days.
Delivery made (by Jason Williams) without any interaction from me. Site left as found. All good.

Telephoned to discuss a renewal quote. Call was picked up quickly by Helen who was very helpful and confirmed pricing for the coming year. Clearly explained what was needed. Great customer service, thank you Helen.

Flogas arrived unexpectedly. My telemetry did not indicate a need for a top up but clearly demand us quite low so they topped me up anyway.

Best LPG provider. Reliable deliveries & efficient service. Never ran out or had to request delivery since telemetry fitted. Divers always courteous, close gates etc & ensure no property damage. Special mention to last driver: John Thomson.

my story,agent came all great 2 year contract ,I dug the whole at my cost agreed ed 6590 install no problems, well my nightmare started,told them iam in the middle of total reform so time is importantly upmost,

I ordered my digger labor 500 not a show from flo gas called them just a joke and LIES.
Next appointment am showed up 4 pm great I moved and stood down everything for these that's,
,now my aim is not to speed one penny with these idiots not one phone calls as promised oh we will sort u out,

Awful firm to work for.drivers are constantly watched on drivecam which in turn puts pressure on driving .change of management has put the firm on a downward spiral
I worked in admin and did a sensational job looking after the customers and I went the extra mile to help the customers who all spoke highly of me.due to cctv in the yard it was difficult to continue as we were all constantly monitored
