Recently moved to Avanti Gas as they were much cheaper than Calor who we had been with for about 8 years. Just had our 1st delivery, had notification a day in advance and the driver Keiran from Horam depot was very friendly and efficient.

Avanti are excellent to deal with. Rob, the driver was efficient, quick and friendly.

Paula was very professional and efficient and delt with my request and I could not ask her to do any more .

Had our delivery today by Ryan from St Austell depot. Great service, polite, friendly and skilled in getting in our difficult drive on a narrow lane.

New customer service was excellent, we are new to LPG and Les was incredibly helpful throughout in helping us get started

I can’t fault the service I received today. Paula was absolutely brilliant – professional, friendly and genuinely helpful from start to finish. The waiting time on the phone was perfectly reasonable, my enquiry was dealt with quickly and efficiently, and the follow-up email was a lovely added touch.

Tony from Caernarfon branch delivered this morning. Always a helpful, friendly and courteous service.
It would help us to plan our day however if the Avanti systems were able to predict delivery slots better than 12 hour slot 6am to 6pm. We can then ensure dogs are inside and safe at the right time.

I was talking to Paula today about maybe moving my LPG gas to somewhere cheaper. And what happens to the gas tank I already have. She was really helpful and knowledgeable and very polite. It was a pleasure talking to you Paula.

Last winter AvantiGas delivered my gas when the tank was at 60% only a couple of weeks before my contract was ending. Given expected price rises this was amazing customer service. Also spoke to Jayne on 20/10/26 concerned that i hadn’t received gas and about the cost. She was very helpful reassured me a delivery was scheduled before Christmas and advised that i was actually in credit. Much prefer to be able to speak to someone rather than leave messages.

Just renewed our contract 0ver phone. Both Paula and Les were very clear, friendly and helpful

Completed renewal with Les Banton - we had decided against Avanti and signed with Calor. Les contacted us and requoted new terms which were acceptable to us.
We cancelled Calor and renewed.
Les was calm and clear - without him we would not have achieved considerable savings, he undoubtedly saved the day - Avanti are lucky to have him !

Spoke to Paula who is a credit to your company and did everything she could to help nothing was to much bother for her. The options on the phone did not work when i put in my account number but did get through. Paula is a great asset to your company.

Spoke to an agent in under 5 mins after dialling the helpline. Pretty good in this day and age.

In these difficult 'energy cost' times, of course price is a priority, BUT...
Often overlooked or not considered is the quality of service, and after all the drivers are the face of the company.
So let's praise them, rather than just moan when things don't go quite as you would like.
So with that in mind, another excellent delivery, and why I'm still an Avanti Gas customer, thank you Ryan.
