My shed has already been delivered,albeit the wrong model but I have kept it. Now I'm informed another shed is being delivered at the weekend?? I have asked for a refund in respect of the difference in price. Thank you for the refund I received shortly after this. The only thing I can assume was that the delivery firm left someone else's order by mistake and that my order was not due to be delivered until the following Saturday,but I had no communication about this from Elbec.

An informative and interactive course.
The course was professionally presented and concentrated on speed awareness as related to driving on different types of roads,in different conditions with reference to braking and stopping distances. It used relevant facts and figures and asked for positive responses and contributions from participants. An important refresher and reminder of the consequences of speed and how to drive safely.

I had difficulty changing my policy but was given excellent advice by an advisor who then drew up a new one most efficiently. She was polite and most helpful attending to my questions. Thank you.

Rather a stuttering start as there was some problem accessing MPAN&MRN numbers and I had a re start with same company but a little more expensive. However, the problem seems to have been sorted, just waiting for the switch to be put into practice. Otherwise advisors have prompt and efficient!
