Review of Rattan Direct
Took delivery of 2 seater Lisbon sofa in Feb 2021. Had been pleased with sofa until Autumn 2023 when I noticed despite being well cared for with the protective covers used, the rattan on the arms and top of sofa has split and so is now coming apart. I spoke to customer services who were not at all interested, almost implying I had not looked after it properly. We have also invested in two single chairs, which as yet are unaffected. Having spent almost £2000 with the company I am disappointed with the quality of materials. The website suggests rattan should last 20 years. I am also disappointed with their response. I would not recommend this company.

Lovely apartments in a quiet spot with lots of places to eat close by. A choice of beaches within walking distance and the bus stop means it’s easy to get around the island. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
