Good prices, a lot I don't understand. Got a few favourites. I would like more of a description, Korean sausages have turned out to be a dry mix.

Tout était bien emballé, livraison rapide. Certaines chips étaient molles et désagréables. Le gâteau en bocal était sans goût et dur, mais le reste était délicieux.

Je suis en revanche désolée pour les chips et le gâteau en bocal. Sur certains produits, il peut arriver que la texture ou le goût évoluent, ce qui peut expliquer votre ressenti, mais cela ne doit pas gâcher l’expérience.

Jacamo had the wrong delivery address, I told them the correct one, they told you. It was delivered to the wrong address. I wasn't able to divert through you.
The package of three t-shirts was stuffed into a letterbox on a gate on the street. It was not in anyway secure.

Being charged duty from a website in Europe, for goods dispatched from Germany to France is reprehensible. Goods are already more expensive than on the UK website.

You won't make your fortune, especially with books, but they took most of my cds, most for a few pence, but some for a couple of pounds. Once they've been downloaded they are useless, so go for it. They accept more books than'we buy books' most for a penny, some for much more. It is hard to get £5.00 of books to weigh 15kg or less, but postage is free, easy and payment is swift.
