Terible costomer service persons this company has fiddled me out of 3.42 i gave them 7 days to refund my or iwould put a claim in through the Small Claims Court no refund so whent ahead with the claim Through the Small Claims Court and low and behold the money was paid 3 days late after 9 days to a Debit Card i do not have so some body else has got my refund now they owe me 35 pounds court costs plus my 3.42
Total 38.42which i will now claim through the Small Clams Court

I have been a customer for a great number of years, since my cycling days, sadly long gone, however I have kept up with a number of health and wellness products, usually buying virtually 12 months supply. Great service almost return of post, well packaged and very competitive prices. Enough said!

The delivery was quick and ordering easy by phone. I hope the products are doing me some good, but sadly they do not cure me. However, at 86 are do not expect miracles.

Excellent service
I normally order by phone, and the people at the other end are really helpful. I tend to order at the last minute, just as I’m running out, so the rapid delivery is just what I need. The goods arrive in 2 days, beautifully packed, and this is the only company I know where I can choose whether I want my tablets in a bottle or a zip pack.

My review is based on the service received on my first order. Never heard of Zipvit previously, found using Google Gemini search based on price and reputation. Price was good and the delivery was quick. This is the first time ordering Magnesium Glycinate so nothing to compare it to, but the service has been great.
