I have bought many prescription glasses…
I have bought many prescription glasses from the company over the years including their glasses and re-glazed, so they can't be that bad, eh!? I cannot complain on the lenses, but I have been frustrated on the delivery scenario. It is good to awful. I recently sent them one pair for re-glaze and was happy they were returned within two weeks. But I ordered a Ray-Ban item which took nearly 1 month. And when I asked late into that month was repeatedly 'side-saddled' to they are due soon etc. When I suggested they talk directly to their supplier be it in Italy/China or wherever all I received a few days later was 'your enquiry has been delt with and your ticket is now closed'. I asked why this was? and then was apologised as a mistake had taken place. My point is, if there is an issue with a third party, let me the customer know, and perhaps offer a suitable, quicker frame or indeed a refund.
