When I received my glasses I thought…
When I received my glasses I thought that I had received the wrong order. Then on closer inspection I realised that they were exactly what I had ordered. They simply looked a lot better on delivery. I had ordered an extra 2 pairs of reading glasses to place around the house. I had chosen relatively cheap pairs but the quality was higher than expected. This is my " go too " optician from now on. Great service, great price, fast delivery. What's not to love.

I have checked your order placed on the 30th June, this was completed on the 6th July, and delivered on the 8th. In our experience, the competitor mentioned would not be quicker. As we have supplied you with photochromic lenses, it is unlikely that the competitor would be cheaper.
Please note that the frames ordered are a £10 budget frame so may not be up to the same quality as a more premium frame/brand. If you would like to exchange your order for a more premium frame, please reach out to our customer services team for assistance.
At the current time, we do not see any issues with the service or product provided that would result in a negative review.
