No refund given for return of items despite proof of receipt
I am hugely disappointed in Acai customer service. I have been happy with the products but had no refund following a return of items that were too big . I had no reply to my emails and communication about this. I have had to set up a lengthy dispute with my credit card company which Acai are still challenging despite my proof of return, which I sent them several weeks ago. Thank goodness for credit card protection.
