Excellent support through chat service.

Hi ! I am following Wealthify for the last 5 years and I watch how it evolve over time!
Yes, I did some research on the internet about it and I am happy with the feedback!
I did not want to deelay to open an account witb Wealthify so it just happened recently!
I like the idea of a managed account where I can deposit a monthly constant sum!
Also I find the process to oin the account quite simple and with a lit of guidance!
I need to say that the android app is also satisfactory for me.
Easy to navigate interface, modern look, easy to access!
This will be a long journey and it just started! I am happy to be part of the Wealthify investors team!

I was very fortunate today to experience very good customer service despite a very difficult time trying to get six policies consolidated onto a relatives policy, I am their LPA, I dislike the whole text process. However I have to say that although things didn't go to plan at that first stage despite a lot of effort, time and patience from Joshua who was a star.
My call for support and then speaking to Penelope who definitely put the twinkle in star was so worthwhile. Penelope through trial and error and tremendous patients helped me get three policies onto the system and is following things up for me, with the three other policies, directly with their support team in the hope we can resolve the system errors that came up. This is very important for my relative who is not able to resolve such things themselves and the peace of mind is so precious. Thank you both for your empathy, time and patience it is very much appreciated. You both deserve a pay-rise and to management may I also say that as well as Joshua and Penelope's well deserved pay rise. You cannot beat speaking to someone. Having a human voice, NOT AI and NOT USING TEXT (in spite of Joshua's best efforts) from someone who is patient and kind wins hands down. Thank you both so much. I hope you have a pleasant evening and after tomorrow weekend.

Shame about recent ‘downgrade’ of the app. Wealthify is a great investment company and has really good customer service. I would have given five stars if it wasn’t for the latest ‘upgrade’ which has removed valuable features from the app. Please, Wealthify, bring back the ‘Total Growth’ figure in the overview. Customers want to keep a check on the performance of their investments as a whole and we don’t want to have to go to each individual account to check how the growth is performing.

After hearing such a good review of wealthy from a neighbour, I felt compelled to make an investment myself.
As I have only just made my investment I cannot comment on any growth as yet, but setting up an account was very easy.
