I'm really happy with Moneyfarm
My son recommended them to me for a safe place to invest my extra money.
I transfer a monthly amount and sm very happy with the interest so far
I understand that my profits can go up and down but on the whole they have just gone up. Now reached 30% interest since opening the account a year ago.
I would recommend Moneyfarm for safe investment.
Just transfer your money and leave them to invest on your behalf.

Simple to use and worry free
I've made money and lost money doing my own share dealing, giving up and moving my investments to money farm was the best decision and my ISA is currently growing at over 9%

Incompetent, dishonest, do not trust with your money
It gets better…
So, after they couldn’t transfer money of mine into the right account, which cost me £15k… they didn’t accept responsibility at first, then accepted it was their error. Offered a few hundred quid as compensation, which I obviously declined and then I’ve had 15 back and forth emails with the team and no actual explanation of why it happened and why they won’t put it right for me.
I’m a bit suspicious as to why they can’t work out what the right thing to do is here. So I made a Subject Access Request so that I could understand the chain of events.
Obviously they’ve subsequently managed to not meet the deadline for my Subject Access Request because it’s “complicated”.
This business is incompetent. They give me absolutely no confidence that this is something they’ll make right.

My family has to come first.

I've found the Moneyfarm app to be a great way to manage and maintain my ISA. It has a great simple interface, making fund selection easy, whilst helping to show risk appetite clearly. Fees are well explained and it's easy to use.

WIth Moneyfarm for years
I have invested with Moneyfarm since 2017. Returns have been consistantly good using a managed portfolio, giving a 100+ % over that period (21.8% over last 1yr). On the rare occasion that Ispeak to them they are always helpful. Their monthly infomation email videos are infomative and useful. Their web platform is second to none. I also invest with 2 other Robo investment platforms, Moneyfarm sits between them in terms of costs but i consider them as low cost. Due to my age I am now moving my portfolios to ISAs which pay the same returns but protect me from the vacant brains of UK chancellors. I am satisfied with the perfomance and returns from these investments without the need for me to micro-manage them myself. A great Company in my opinion.

Transparent and solid performance
Transparent and solid performance, though app navigation could be smoother
I’ve been using Moneyfarm in Italy for my investments, and overall my experience has been positive. I have a higher-risk profile allocation, and so far the performance has been going well.
What I appreciate most is the transparency: it’s easy to track how my money is allocated and understand the portfolio management decisions. Customer support has also been responsive and helpful whenever needed. The app works well in terms of stability, though navigation can occasionally feel a bit cluttered when trying to locate specific sections. I probably use only a fraction of the advanced features available compared to seasoned investors, but for a hands-off, managed approach, it fits my needs nicely.

Moneyfarm have so much bettered my expectations in my investment in my ISA. They have kept me informed of my trades and investments on a regular basis.
