Sorry guys. Really wanted to support you but Spicy Corizo Style stew, watery, tasteless beans and some odd spongy protein with harsh spices. Have you tried eating it yourself?

Great choice of products, many unavailable locally. You can buy in bulk which significantly reduces packaging and shopping transport costs. Good prices (mostly!)
Ease of ordering, excellent quality goods supplied with professional courteous service..
An added bonus, delivered by Suma transport.
I have been a customer for over 10 years, organising a regular order with colleagues from work. SUMA offers a great range of goods, many organic and fair trade, good value, friendly customer service and reliable delivery.
A great team to deal with and a wonderful range of quality foods and products. Thank you.
The ethical sourcing of products with an excellent range of organic and gluten free items.
Staff are always helpful as are the delivery drivers who are friendly and hard working.
Very nice people work in this company. Pleasure to deal with them.
Ethical cooperative company with excellent variety of products, easy to use website and filters, friendly staff and great customer service.
This is a real co-operative and for that reason I feel the need to support this company. There is a huge range of organic products, far bigger than the shops. Although you need to order good in bulk, you can often order a half amount. They give free delivery on orders over a certain amount. If they miss something off the order (which has only happened twice in 5 years, they refund you immediately no questions asked (or they minus it from the bill before you pay, which is more common). They give free delivery on big orders. They match supermarket prices and are occasionally cheaper and occasionally more expensive. I value this company a great deal
Have used Suma for over 20 years and have always found the products excellent and the staff friendly and knowledgeable.
Suma are a fantastic company to do business with. They are efficient, on time, friendly and flexible. We have used them for over 15 years and will continue to do so for our newly renovated farm shop!
We have been using Suma for many years as our main supplier. They are reliable, deliver great products in good time with a cheery manner. We love the ethos and mission. Highly recommended
This company is very efficient, friendly, reliable, provides high quality own-brand food and other goods, and is a co-operative, which I love!
The tinned mac'n cheese is actually inedible! I can't believe I bought 4 tins. There's hardly any pasta and the sauce is slimy and sour. Tried their meatballs too and it tastes rank! I thought it might be dog food by accident somehow!

The food is seriously not nice. I bought the saag aloo and then the meatballs in bolognaise sauce. Both tasted extremely cheap and sickly. The meatballs are in this inedible tomato cream soup... the Saag aloo was also gross.
Edit: Actually gutted that the food is so poor as the company seems to be uniquely ethical compared to other companies...

After receiving a reply from Suma to my initial feedback, asking me to contact them, I did, and have not had a response from 12th November '25.
The 1 star is for lack of care following a quality issue with the clear and simple scent free shampoo. I have been using this product for 20 years. So when I could smell perfume scent in the product, I thought that SUMA would take it seriously. I was wrong. They ignored 3 weeks of emails and when I finally spoke to someone in quality control, I was told that they had other priorities which is why they hadn't responded. KB promised a refund and referenced the call and email - T/DEC/0611 - but a week later - absolutely nothing! I no longer trust this product. I no longer trust your company. Your lack of response shows that you don't care about your customers. therefore you have lost my custom and received a 1 star review.
