Another thing that made my experience unique was the fact that I got some items that are not easily found around the place I lived in the UK.
It really got me thrilled to have them ordered and I got them at record time.

I didn't get the right order but one…
I didn't get the right order but one thing I must recommend this firm for is how punctual they were in delivering my item. They did also reached out to me immediately to apologise for the wrong order received and also did the needful. They also contacted me to also apologised even when I was refunded.

Fantastic customer service and excellent fresh fish and meat!
I had an absolutely great customer service experience with Surulere Foods, both before and after my delivery arrived. I ordered fresh hard chicken, fresh mackerel, smoked mackerel, and honey beans. Everything was incredibly fresh, high-quality, and packed securely.
What really stood out to me was how helpful and attentive their team was throughout the entire process—they kept me informed and supported from the moment I placed the order until well after it was delivered to my door. It is rare to find an online grocery store that cares this much about their customers. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be a returning customer!
